My Riddler casting criteria is Game Show Host Vibes and that's why Paul Dano just is an odd choice for me (even ignoring all the other problems I have with his Riddler -being the fact that he would work more as a bunch of other Rogues the only thing that I don't enjoy in The Batman).

#paul dano #nothing against him but no one looks at paul dano and thinks game show host #he just doesn't have the vibe #edward nygma #riddler #the batman #i feel like I only talk about the bad aspects of this movie even when it is one of my favorite movies of all times #and it's all because I'm a riddler nerd #robert pattinson is an excellent bruce choice and I love him in the role #same for zoe kravits #andy serkins and jeffrey wright also perfect casting #and i was not expecting to like it but colin farrell surprised me with a top tier penguin #riddler truly was the only miscast #and it could be fixed by making him hush #dano can do a great thomas elliot and they didn't even have to change anything #it was a good reimagine of the characther #maybe calendar man as well or james gordon jr #but really i think the movie would improve by making the villan hush and instead of joker baiting riddler in the sequel #and than since is a mainstream batman movie joker in the thrid movie
