one thing abt me is I have to eat at least one (1) entire meal with another person present + conversational every day or I get really sad
#youd be surprised how hard it is sometimes to do that even living with 4 other ppl#it usually works out on weekdays bc I time my workouts just before my flatmate gets back from work so we eat around the same time#but weekends r hit n miss...#one of my flatmates sometimes drifts thru but they always have their headphones#which in my books is the universal sign for I Dont Want A Conversation#honestly I think believing I was capital i introverted as a personality trait made my depression worse in high school/uni#like I rly need to be around ppl a significant amt or I succumb to the horrors. its a bit of a nonsense term anyway tbh#welllll. no luck today i give up but at least i had yummy hoisin fake duck all to myself.... gonna shower now byeee#.diaries
