hey big fan of your channel and art!! was wondering if for the midnight snap series what kind of sound design you were doing it rlly sounds nice!! (also smth that could be nice with it is maybe a little bit of like tape saturation or something might be able to make the audio sound "warmer" if youre like not already doing something like that already, but you probably know better than me!!) feel free to ignore that, but wanted to say in general its so well done and sounds so good!!! its really cozy and nice!!

hey thank you!!! yeah i'd.... genuinely LOVE to talk about my thinking and approach behind the sound design, i'm actually so happy you asked me this LOL this is the kind of shit i live for.

you might assume that it's just me recording the game audio and talking quietly with my normal stream settings, and that is kinda how it STARTS, but there's actually a bit more i've been doing behind the scenes :) nothing too crazy just yet but a little goes a long way when it comes to sound! i'm hoping to really nail down the soundscape and increase the quality over time and specifically up the soothing vibes by a lot. as well as get a little better about mic etiquette and my style of speech. BUT in terms of what i'm doing in post:

the first piece of the puzzle and definitely one of the most important sauces in the whole mix is the Hard Limiter. it does what you might imagine it does, basically just places a hard barrier and says "any sounds that exceed this volume.... no you don't", sort of like a much more intense compressor. currently i have a Hard Limiter on both my commentary AND the game audio, commentary i have set to peak at around -15 to -12 db, whereas game audio is more around the -23 to -20 range. in my more polished audio from later in the AC episode it's enough difference that one doesn't drown the other out in most cases, but not a wide enough gulf that people are struggling to pay attention to one in particular or have to frequently change volume (preferably they don't have to change it at all!). i took this screenshot of the episode's complete waveform when rendering out the audio-only version of AC part 1 and it was super satisfying cause like.... yeah. this is exactly the kind of waveform read i was going for. just super even and smooth across the board, save for a couple anomalies i'll buff out over time.

the next thing i do to both my own commentary and the game audio is actually just cutting down on harsher, higher frequencies with an EQ and just upping the bassier, warmer tones. i started with something super small in the first couple of episodes, i'm probably gonna go a bit harder on it for future stuff though. i wanna find a balance that doesn't make the game sound unrecognizable or anything but is noticeably easier on the ears and sounds more like a nice rolling wave rather than beep boop pac-man time.

past this i have a couple more things added to the commentary track:

to intensify the previous effect mentioned and cut down on harsh frequencies in my speech, i actually have a dedicated de-esser on my voice as well as my usual warmer EQ. i have the de-esser going pretty hard too, you might hear the difference from my usual stream commentary if you were to listen closely. really just taking those harsh t's and s's in my speech and making them sound more like a nice "shhhh", this one is super important i think

last thing i have to speak on otherwise is actually a plugin i found and bought specifically for this show and ends up being subtle but i think SUUUPER helpful in the long run, and that's this plugin called "spiff". spiff is a plugin by oeksound and i guess it's referred to as like, a transient editor? i'm actually not sure how it works at all on the nitty gritty level BUT the important thing is that they have a very important preset in the software, and that is a preset specifically designed to lessen and/or remove like... mouth sounds. yknow like lip smacks and the like. just kinda the gross smacks and clicks you don't hear as much in normal speech but can come through really intensely on a recording and kinda make ya uncomfortable. it obviously doesn't remove a lot of the more intense stuff, it's not a magic wand in my experience. but listening to the output of what it's removing on its own makes it REALLY clear there's a lot of little things it picks up and just kinda makes speech more soothing to listen to. not something i'm racing to apply to my normal streams, BUT for a sleep aid series where good audio is key????? 100% worth it, i like it a lot.

anyway yeah that's about it for now! a lot of it is pretty simple in and of itself but it's stuff i've been working at and experimenting with since i first started doing tests for the show and it's gonna be real nice to keep honing this stuff in. also cool suggestion with the tape saturation idea, i might look into something like that! once i nail stuff like leveling and frequency tuning for this show, i wanna look into some fancier ways of making the soundscape unique to this show compared to my normal streams so ideas like that are super helpful!

"I can't believe you brought my to a dance party at my arch nemesis house."

"C'mon, Si, stop being such a drama queen. It's free booze, and you get the chance to dance with all these pretty girls and guys that are too drunk to realize how big of a mess you are."

I look over at Agatha in the front mirror and scoff. Of course she was going to make fun of me and my incapability to flirt, especially after our attempt of a relationship from a few years ago.

"And.. I think we are here." says Penny from the pasager seat, phone in her hand. She assumed the role of co-pilot very seriously, even though she could have simply casted a spell on the car.

The house we park in front of is huge. It's so big, I think I could get lost and starve before finding any kitchen.. thinking of food makes my stomach growl. I need to eat something before drowning myself in that sweet, sweet booze.

I need to stop myself from opening my mouth in awe every five seconds viewing the beautiful scenery Baz's mansion has, such as the private forest or the numerous statues of Greek figures. When Agatha knocks on the door, dark and scary, yet mysterious and intriguing, such as the rest of the land, I do not expect to be in more shock than I was while seeing the house.

"Baz." I say, before being able to stop myself. "You're wearing jeans."

From the doorway, the light reflecting in his hair and making him look like a shiny angel, Baz sneers. There goes the charm. What was I even doing, thinking that... even though he may look like one of those statues, his personality and desire to kill me may be an inconvenience to our friendship. "Surprisingly, I do not own only tuxedos, Snow. Bunce, Wellbelove, I'm glad you made it. I hope you have a good time tonight-"

"Woah woah woah. Stop right there. You invited both of them? And are being.. polite... almost... nice. What are you plotting, Basilton?" I say before I think once again.

He looks at me, his grey eyes fixing themselves onto mine and I am not sure whether  he wants to punch me, roll his eyes or smile. I look at Penny to see what she thinks, but her eyes are shining and a smile is playing on her lips. I scoff. Probably the jeans got to her too. I try to calm my stomach, trying to convince myself the weird feeling is hunger, not jealousy.

"Just. Go inside. Please."

Penny and Agatha follow the pointing hand immediately, but I glare at him on my way inside. He wears a pair of slim, black jeans and a white shirt, not much different from the one wear for school, but seems much softer to touch.. a few of his buttons are opened, and I can't help but stare at his chest.

"What are you doing, Snow?" he asks, his voice soft. Too soft. I snap out of my trace in a second.

"I am watching you." saying this, I go inside and follow Penny's purple hair until I reach a huge kitchen, with a table longer than me two times. It is all filled with alcohol."

"Now that's what I call a party!" shouts Agatha, covering the music which was blazing from dozens of speakers from everywhere.

Surprisingly, it was not the posh, classical music I would have expected from a party held by Baz Pitch, but electro and rock one, that makes my fingers twitch and shoulders move.

"Easy there, Agatha. You are still driving." Penny says, even though she was pouring some strong alcohol in a glass herself.

"To hell I am." shouts Agatha, giggling, and I smile. She never handled her drinks well.

Food. I need to find some food. A lot of familiar faces are  coming to say hi, but all of them are leaving as soon as I salute back. It was always like this, I was just the face you say hi to, but don't care to actually stay for a chat.

The fridge was, as expected, filled with all the wonders in the world. I found myself in face of one of the hardest choices I ever had to make: steak or potato salad.

Before I get the chance to reach my hand towards the salad bowl, the fridge door shuts, only a few centimeters away my fingers, and I feel myself being dragged by a tanned hand in the living room.

Penny's hair is puffy and she is smiling, so I smile too. We were in the middle of an improvised dance floor, sweaty bodies all around us, moving in a crowd of lascivious movements and screaming voices. Penny was not that good of a dancer, and neither was I, but we moved on the music like nothing really mattered. And it really didn't.

I am in my arch nemesis' house, who was looking and acting extremely different and concerningly better than what I know, and I am having fun. Who would have thought this would ever happen to me?

B a z

Seeing Simon Snow do anything was like watching a show. The way he was dancing like a toddler who just learned how to walk, the way his eyes lit up whenever he bent his head towards Bunce so she can tell him something, the way the shirt was barely fitting his chest.. it made me love him so much more than I already did.

But what can't be fixed with alcohol and bad choices is not something worth trying, right? I pour myself another two shots in different glasses and drink them at the same time. I have so much experience that my shirt doesn't get dirty at all.

Without my intention, I remember how he looked at my chest when he came in. For a moment, I swear I saw a blush covering his cheeks, but it might have been the dim lights or the alcohol already fuzzing through my veins. Tonight was maybe my only chance to tell him my feelings, now that the girls managed to bring him to the party. I can't screw it up.

"Hey, Baz." said a loud, yet calming voice next to me. Wellbelove was laying on the wall next to me, a cup in her hand. I wonder if she could even stand up straight. It didn't seem like it. "Why dontchu go talk to him? He wants to but he no say cause he doesn't know yet. "

"Agatha." I am surprised that I even know her name. "You've been here for an hour. How did you manage to get so drunk already?"

She just shrugged, and I rolled my eyes and took her hand. "Come on. We are going to my room so you can catch some sleep."

"But I don't wannaaaa. I wanna partyyyyyy. I haven't even danced yet."

"You'll get to do that later, after you wake up. Now come on."

S i m o n

Baz is taking Agatha upstairs. Baz is taking a drunk Agatha upstairs. Anger starts burning up in the back of my neck, thinking about the two of them and how he might take advantage of her. I cannot believe I thought he seemed more human just an hour ago.

It's not like I have feelings for Agatha, not anymore anyway. I just don't want him to get close to her when she is like this. Or in general. That boy is no good.

And so I leave Penny alone on the dance floor. I ignore her calls for me and make my way up the stairs, three at a time, and I only catch a glimpse of Baz's black hair before they both go in a room on the other end of the hallway.

I don't hesitate before bursting the door wide open. I see Agatha on the bed, fast asleep, and Baz by her side, putting a blanket over her.

"Wh-what is this?" I stutter, and Baz turns his face towards me. His eyes are wide.

"Simon. What are you doing here?"

"What did you just call me?"

This night was one surprise after another. Baz blinked in surprise, then leaned his head a little to the side. "Snow. How else could I have called you?"

That bastard. "Nevermind. What are you doing in here with Agatha? Alone?"

He looked over at her, like he forgot about her existence entirely. "She was drunk and I didn't want any of my persian carpets to be covered in her puke, so I took her upstairs where she can lie down for a bit."

"It's fine Siii" I heard from the bed, and exhaled. She was okay, not asleep. Or drugged. "Just enjoy yourself. And Baz too. He is nice. He covered me."

My eyes dart over to him again. Just like before, he is beautifully painted in the light, this time by the moonshine that was coming through the window. I gulp. "Yeah. I guess he is."

Baz straightened his back, seeming emotionless. I pretend to not notice the blush from his cheeks. "Back to the party then, Snow?"

I look over to Agatha one more time and hear her snoring softly. "It's not like I have anything better to do."

B a z

It was almost midnight, and I don't think I have ever been this drunk in my entire life. The room was bright, too bright, even for me, and everybody morphed into one being, laying on the ground or moving tiredly on the dance floor.

Except him. He was probably the most glamorous, alive being at the party, all laughs and moles and sun and I was drowning myself into him. Because he was so beautiful, and I would give everything I have to be part of that wonderness he carries around himself..

"Hey. Would you like to have a dance?"

I almost said no. Almost. Then I took a better look at the person's face, and almost had a heart attack. Simon Snow was asking me to dance.

Instead of saying no, I say "Thank you", which makes Simon have a little crust between his eyebrows that I instantly want to kiss. I don't. Maybe after the dance, and luckily the confession.

"So... is that a yes or a no?"

He is so confused. I love that. I chuckle, and that seems to scare him, so I laugh, and he smiles. Crowley, I love his smile. "Yes. Yes."

I pick myself up from the leather couch on which I was sitting and extend my hand towards Simon, who takes it hesitantly. I wrap my other hand around his waist to keep our bodies a little apart, and he puts his other hand on my hip too. I don't want to scare him away. It may be my only chance to have him so close, while I still have the courage from the booze in my veins.

"So.. did Penny tell you?" I ask, because I am weak and I have always wondered how it was like to hear him this close.

"Tell me what?"

"Why I invited you here, silly." I chuckled. He is so clueless. And adorable. And beautiful. And he is shining..

"No? She didn't. Why did you?"

Oww. I hoped she did. That was the only reason why he would dance with me.. unless... "I wanted to have a chance to talk to you."

Simon looks puzzled. I want to lay my chin on the top of his head and kiss away the worries. It's okay Simon. I will not hurt you.

"About what?"

"Why did you want me to dance with you?"

The hand that was on my hip pulls at my shirt, and I groan, then cough, hoping he hasn't heard. "You were.. alone. And sad."

"And drunk." I laugh.

"That too." he said, chuckling. I want to hear that until I die.

"You don't usually do this, Snow. Don't notice me."

I may be wrong, but Snow walks a little closer to me, so we are swaying closer on the electro music, my breath on his face. "You don't usually take care of drunk people during parties either, Baz."

"No. I don't. But they are your people."

This time, the common blue eyes that made my heart grow so many years pierce mine, and I swallow. He steps even closer, letting his hand out of mine and lacing both of them around my neck. I hope he doesn't feel the burn.

"What did you want to talk about?"

His voice was barely louder than a whisper, and I suddenly felt hot all over. No, this can't be happening. Not like this. I hug him close to me and let my head in his hair.

It's much softer than I imagined. "I like your hair. It's very soft."

"Thanks?" he says, but it's more of a question. "That's the thing you wanted to tell me?"

I wrap my hands stronger around him. He just leans in. "Why are you not backing away?"

"Why would I?" he asks, and I can tell the question surprises him.

"Because we are enemies?"

His hands grip harder around my neck. "You won't remember any of this. You are so drunk, if I punch you, you'll fall, then fall asleep right there on the ground."

"I always remember you."

We are still moving, but the music is much calmer now. I look over to the laptop that's connected to the speakers, and Penny thumbs up at me. I am so glad Simon has such good friends, that help me to talk to my crush even though I have been an arse to all of them for eight years.

"Baz." Simon says, and I try not to moan. I need to realize that he is actually here. "Do you like this?"

"Yes. With all my heart." I don't even wait a second before telling him, and I'm somehow afraid I might scare him, before he pushes his nose in my neck.

I remain still. If he moves only an inch, I might tell him. I might explode. I might kiss him. "Baz. Do you like me?"

I back away a little so I can look him in the eyes. "Yes, Simon. I do."

He is looking through me, and his brows are furrowed again. Like he is trying to understand something. But then he starts to stare at my face. My eyes. My nose. My cheekbones. My lips.

And then he kisses me. His lips are chapped, yet soft, and he is moving his mouth so eagerly, I might fall. My heart is pounding so hard in my chest, I am sure all Hampshire can hear it, and I can feel Simon's pulse through his shirt, his blood moving so fast it can electrocute me.

When he finally backs away, he licks his lips. It doesn't take a minute before he kisses me again, much softer and, unfortunately, shorter.

"You taste like alcohol."

I laugh at his conclusion. "And you like the steak and potato salad from my fridge."

He smiles. "Touche."

We end up cuddled on the couch, his head on my lap, and he falls asleep almost immediately, just like a cat. When Penny comes to ask me if she can crash at my house for the night, I more than gladly tell her how to get to the room Agatha is sleeping on.

"Hey, Bunce." I say and she stops with her feet above the staircase. "Thank you for bringing Simon with you and Wellbelove tonight."

Penny looks at me, the smile on her face softening her features from the tired, concerned mother to the loving friend in a second. "Thank you for taking care of him." she says, gesturing to the small smile from his face. I cannot stop myself from smiling either. "But if you'll break his heart, I'll break every bone in your body. Twice."

She got back to being a concerned mother again. I smile even wider, and turn my head back to Simon. He crunches his nose, and I awe out loud. "Don't worry. I'll break mine three times before you even get the chance to catch me."

I fall asleep with my head on the backrest of the couch and a fire in  my heart.

Summary- After you and Mason fall pregnant unexpectedly, you become nervous to reveal it to the outside world, with the idea of being a mother scaring you to death... however when Mason takes you to his hometown with his niece everything becomes picture clear as you get a glimpse of what your future will be like.... (Not proofread!)

Mason didn't even get a chance to fully walk through the door when he finds you sitting in the middle of the staircase, holding something to your chest as tears streamed down your face. "I'm sorry...." You sobbed, clutching the little white test in your hand as he watches you with a mixture of confusion and concern "I-I don't know what t-to d-do Mase... I'm s-sorry" Dropping his bag to the floor, he ran towards you immediately pulling you into his chest, allowing you to soak his training top as his fingers ran through your hair, a technique he knew calms you down. "Shhhh... baby... look at me..." Mason cooed, lifting your chin up with his fingers, massaging your cheek with his thumb as he held your gaze "You don't have to apologize baby..."

Letting go of you for a second, he gently takes the test out of your hand... having a look at the two little pink lines himself! He knew by your reaction what the results are... but he just wanted to confirm it... see for himself that he is now a dad... "We're having a baby..." Mason smiled, wrapping his arms around your neck, holding the test in between his hands so he could still see it...

"Your happy?..." You whispered in disbelief, Mason's smile only growing as he looked at you with a raised eyebrow "Happy? baby, I'm ecstatic!... are you not!"

"I am... I promise..." You nodded, tears growing in your eyes once more as the fear slowly started to crawl back "It's just... I'm so scared... what if we're not ready?... what if I turn out like her?" Mason's heart broke at the mention of your own mum... your mum was anything but loving... She dictated when and how she was in your life! Sometimes going months without seeing her before she randomly showed up for one thing and one thing only... money! It wasn't until you met Mason that it all became clear what she was doing... finally putting a stop to it! But doing that meant that you no longer had a mother... which aboustly destroyed you!

"(y/n)…" Mason sighed, pulling you back in his arms as he kissed the top of your head repeatedly "You are nothing like your mum okay?..." Pulling your eyes back to his, he left a delicate kiss on your lips causing a small smile to appear on your lips "You are the kindest, most beautiful, caring person I have ever met... and your going to be the best mummy to our little one..."

"Do you think?..." You sniffled, giving him a teary smile. "Oh I know you are... look how you look after me & I'm 23!!" Mason chuckled, carefully picking you up causing your legs to wrap around his waist. Carrying you to the sofa, he gently places you down, instantly taking the seat next to you as you cuddled into his side, his hand naturally going to your stomach "Do you think they have ears yet...?"

"I don't think so handsome.." You giggled, but before you could say anything else, he leaned towards your tummy, lifting your (*his) T-shirt up as he left delicate kisses across your stomach "Hi baby... this is daddy! Mummy doesn't think you can hear me right now but I know you can..." Your eyes teared up, this time with happy tears, as you watched him communicate with your no older than 4 weeks old baby...

"Isn't that right mummy?..." Mason smiled, looking up to you, causing you to zone out of the trance the little scene put you in... "Huh?..." Mason chuckled as he gave your tummy one last kiss before going back to you, giving your own lips a quick peck, letting his head rest on yours "I said we're going to be just fine..." He whispered, taking your hand in his he places it on your stomach "We've got this together... we're family..."

"Family..." You repeated kissing his lips softly as your hands stayed over where your baby was going to grow for a family who loved them so much already...

Weeks had passed since you both found out the news your were going to be parents and the feeling has yet sunk in! Despite the nerves disappearing of Mason leaving, you were still anxious to actually become a mum although it wasn't until 6 months time!

Mason knew it would take you time to adjust to the idea while a bunch of emotions was running high with body changes and hormones! So he made a promise to himself to never let you feel like your going through it by yourself... that he was going through the exact same thing!

Being past the 1st trimester meant that you could finally tell your friends and family and it was safe to say that they were over the moon! Mason's mum travelled to your house pretty much every day when Mason was out for training & his sister invited your round to hers for when he had away games... both of them offering you lots of tips and advice! Although Mason told them both to not overwhelm themselves too much with it until they were 100% comfortable with it, his heart couldn't help but burst at how equally excited they were the two of you... hoping that when it all sinks in for you, you'd be feeling it all too... and he had just the plan for that to happen!

"Thank you so much for this Jaz..." Mason whispered making sure to lower his voice so you couldn't hear him "I promise we'll take good care of her!" Crouching down to meet summer as she ran into his arms, causing him to lift her to his hip "Hi sunshine!..."

"Don't worry about it Mase" Jaz smiled, carrying the rest of summer things in before giving her little girl a quick hug "I know you will... your both going to make the best parents!"

"I hope this works Jaz.." Mason sighed worriedly, causing Jaz to pull him a hug "She'll be fine... it takes time to adjust to it... especially after everything she's been through... believe me she's got this!" Giving her one last hug, him and summer waved her off before walking into the living room hand in hand, where you were wrapped up in a blanket fast asleep...

"Baby.... baby... wake up..." Mason nudged you, crouching down to run his fingers through your hair... your eyes flickering open to be met with a smiley Mason and summer! "Hi sleeping beauty..." Mason chuckled as you rubbed your eyes awake "Hi..." You yawned, a smile appearing on your lips as summer waved at you...

"Hi gorgeous girl..." You mumbled, picking her up with help from Mason as you placed her in your lap, playing with her braids as she muttered sentences that nobody could work out yet other than the words 'hi'' "What are you doing here?"

"Well..." Mason spoke up for her "Uncle Masey decided that it would be a nice idea for him to take his two favourite girls out to his hometown on his day off..." Your eyes lit up at the mention of Portsmouth, from the many years you had dated it's always been the place you can both run off to escape his busy life that was colliding with yours... "Oh did he know..." You smirked, you knew what he was up to but your heart couldn't help but to warm at the kind gesture "And what are we planning to do on this little trip?..."

"Oooo I don't know..." He hummed, looking at summer "What do you think princess... should we go to the aquarium to see the fishes and maybe the arcades & after that the beach!"

"Ice cream!" She screamed, causing you to jump a little bit before you broke down in laughter. "And ice cream Uncle Masey.... he can't forget the ice cream can he sums?" You giggled flicking Mason playfully on the nose, summer nodding her head as you copied your actions 'flicking' him on the head!

"Oi!" Mason gasped, pretending to be hurt "If my girls are finished bullying me I think it's time we get going eh?" Placing Summer off your knee, he helped you up "You're okay with this right? I just thought it'd be nice for us to get use to-" Cutting him off you place your lips to his, smiling into the kiss as you felt summer pulling on the end of your dress "Of course I am..." You smiled, pecking his nose as you grabbed summers hand "Now how about we stop off at the shops before we get going and get a couple of travelling snacks..." Your words caused summer to jump up and down as you both left the room to head out to the car... leaving Mason's heart full at the first glimpse of you as a mother.... he knew you'd be brilliant at the permanent role... he just had to make you see it!

"Please tell me you'll figure this out properly before our little one arrives..." You laughed, as Mason battled with the car seat... a battle that had now been going on for 10 minutes "They'll be here by the time you figure it out!" With one last groan, Mason finally clicked the seat in place, sticking his tongue out at you before helping your round to your side "What was you saying daring?"

"Still took you 10 minutes tho..." Mason chuckled at your remark, placing his lips on your forehead letting them linger there for a minite mumbling "I promise baby girl... I'll be a pro by the time little one arrives..."

"Look at this one Sum!" Mason cooed as he pointed toward the little clownfish swimming across the screen "Little Nemo's!" Your heart melted as they both made little fish faces towards each other, Mason squishing her cheeks together before planting a big soppy kiss on her cheek.. "And you auntie (y/n)!" Mason laughed, coming over to you where you were sat on the little bench in the middle "We need to see you fishy face as well!"

Pursing your lips together you crossed your eyes together, causing summer to break down in a fit of giggles... "Oh, you find that funny!" You giggled, taking her Mason as you continued to make fish faces..."Don't you stop now!" You glared at Mason playfully "You got me doing this... you can't just stop!" Rolling his eyes, he joined you on the bench, the three of you not caring who was walking past as you continued to act like the fishes in the tank... "You three are such an adorable family!" A woman smiled as she walked past the three of you, her own son joining in as he sat in his pram. "Oh she's are neice..." Mason smiled shyly, placing his hand on your tummy "Are little one isnt getting here for a couple more months"

Something he couldn't wait to do with his own little one! "Earth to Mason Mount..." You giggled, pushing your hand through his hair, finally getting his attention "What's gotten you so love struck?"

"You... This.... I could get used to this...." He sighed, running his hand over his cheek, causing your heart to swoon "You're going to be the greatest mummy in the whole world... don't know how I got so lucky to have you by my side for the rest of my life... " Leaning over you place a sweet kiss on his lips, looking over at him with teary eyes "It breaks my heart darling how you can't even see how perfect you are... how great you are going to be..."

"I see it..." You whispered so lowly that you were scared he didn't hear it... but by the look on his face, you knew he did... "I didn't see it... not before today... but thanks to you and this little one" You giggled, running your hands through her loose curls from her braids "I now do... I'm going to be fine... and with you by my side... I know I'm going to be the best mum I can to our little one!"

You knew Mason had been waiting months for you to say those words, but as he broke down next to you, hands covering his face as he sobbed into his palms... you didn't realize just how long he had been! "Oh mase..." You sighed, shuffling over the best you could with summer on your knee to wrap your arms around him... "You don't know how long I have been waiting for you too see it.... I love you so much!"

"I love you too.." you cried, tears running down your own face as you cuddled together on the sand... forgetting about the fears you both had, instead picturing the life you had in front of you!

"Mase..." You sighed, breaking the silence... a little content hum coming through his lips to let you know to continue "Do you still have our scan pictures from the other day..."

"Of course I do.." Mason chuckled confused, pulling out the row of pictures that had now took over his wallet "Why? what's up?"

"Nothing it's just... I think It's time we tell your fans..." His head instantly shot up, a huge smile appearing on his face as he raised an eyebrow at you... he wanted to tell his fans the second he saw the test but with you still processing everything, he didn't want to put more stress on you "Really...? Are you sure?...."

"I'm sure..." You giggled ruffling his hair before setting the camera up on a little stack of rocks, making sure to select a lengthy timer "Summer... come here baby!" You cooed, Mason giving you a puzzled look as you held up the picture towards her "She's the original baby in the family... without her, I wouldn't of been able to do this!.... and besides it's only fitting when the mount fanbase is expanding!" Mason smiled, planting lots of kisses between the two of you as the camera flashed a series of pictures...

"Are you 100% sure?" Mason smirked up at your finger hovering over the send button after making his mind up on the picture he wanted. You were now back at home, Jaz picked up summer leaving just the two of you on your own... in your new found bubble "When it's gone... it's gone... there's no stopping there craziness!" Taking matters into your own hands, you pressed send, pecking his cheek...

"I love you handsome..." You giggled, running your hand over his stubble "Thank you for helping me see that I'll be okay... especially with you... don't know what I'd do without you..."

"I ask that same question everyday..." He smiled, kissing your lips softly "I love you gorgeous..." Leaning down he leans his head on you tummy "& I love you squish... I love you and mummy so much!" Locking eyes with you he repeated the same words he told you that special day months ago "and we're going to be just alright!"

I wasn’t very happy when I was recently (before Jasper) single, but I was going through some fucked up insane shit. I wasn’t very happy in my relationship until recently either. I’m still not at times, but no ones relationship is perfect. My boyfriend can be a dick, but I also have a severe personality disorder and several other mental illnesses that affect our relationship. That’s why we go to counselling and work on learning the tools no one ever taught us, so we can actually have a healthy relationship. And oh god yea it’s been shit in the past, and I’ve vented on here because some of you actually are supportive and caring. And sometimes after a long day a few kind words make me feel a thousand times better. But!!! Most of the time now it’s good between us. We are working on bettering ourselves and supporting each other. I still go to bed alone and bawl my eyes out some nights, but I choose to do that. I push him away, that’s my fault. I’m happier than I was when I was single, but honestly every relationship has its issues and you have to keep working at it everyday.
