does anyone else remember the walmart smiley creepypasta. the only thing ive ever been able to find that confirms it wasnt just something i misremembered as a kid was a single line on a tv tropes page. even if it hasnt been deleted and lost it would be next to impossible to find because "smiley creepypasta" gives you like a billion results nowadays

#it was like THIS is why walmarts dont have greeters anymore.....#or THIS is why walmart doesnt use the smiley face anymore.....#i forget it was one of those b4 it went on to the story #where a guy witnessed a horrifying car crash at the front of walmart and got obsessed w it #cuz they looked like they were smiling so he went like crazy or smth and made himself look like them #and made Other ppl look like them i think was also the thing cuz they looove killers in creepypasta #i forget how it ended. might not have had like an actual ending thats how creepypasta like that one were like #it probably was just like and THATS the story.... of how greeters or smileys stopped......#i kind of miss it just because it was one of my first creepypasta experiences but if i ever got to read it again its probably kind of meh
