i inexplicably feel like they did the animal character design thing in the loki series. you know when they make the female love interest the same species in essence but then tweak it so it is very evident?

#i don't even have an explanation for why it feels like it #it may be the thing where they make the female lighter/darker to oppose the OG male character and that loki was around longer #but i started thinking about it and now that's all that's coming to mind someone help sdbhhavfagvf #loki no longer being pale while sylvie is and then sylvie's blonde dyed hair plus the dark outfit she stays in the entire time #meanwhile loki was shifted out of a similar outfit and is kept to light colours only for the show though??#im literally #why is this on my mind rn #yesterday i was like ''the dyed hair associates her with cosmetics so you know she's a lady even though she was living in apocalypses'' and #i dont know!#something doesn't feel right about the whole thing!#that they literally made sylvie female for the purpose of being a romantic interest is not it chief !#now im stuck thinking of how intentionally loki's character was mucked up to make room for a love interest in the show #because the cowards couldn't handle loki they went and made a mess of sylvie too!#rather than at least exploring one character thoroughly we've got sylvie being a combination and yet none of the related comicy characters #her own backstory is told to us as exposition and when it's shown it's still in a way to hype up her girlbossness #which i wouldn't mind if loki wasn't made an idiot in comparison to. every past experience AND her #like bro...........................................................#the execution of everything in the show was so bad #;-;#the Loki show
