what if in minecraft they did add fireflies except it's just a pretty decor block and functions similarly to the Light block

ADD FIREFLIES TO A BLOCK. TO MAKE IT GLIMMER#LIKE STICK THEM ON SIMILAR TO WAX ON A COPPER BLOCK#FIREFLIES IN LEAF BLOCKS?? THAT WOULD BE VERY VERY VERY PRETTY
