I just saw inside out 2 with my friends and,,, that hit WAY too hard. I was expecting some goofy ahh "haha yea I have anxiety lmao" shit but NO. It was so intense like I was fully invested in this story and as someone who has experienced severe anxiety my whole life the panic attack scene when anxiety was running around like lightning was so accurate because that's literally what it feels like.
