rb w your gripes in the tags hey yall. so i've noticed it's REALLY hard to have these things on one picrew: - split hair/highlights (separate by color) - birthmarks (not just on one side of the face. with only one option.) - box braids. - cool toned dark skin those are my main/serious issues w picrew. these are my other ones that are a bit less srs but still really annoying - transparent outerwear (see image) - heterochromia

Do other fic writers ever get this feeling that their characterisation of The Blorbos has strayed so far from the source that it's become a completely different character? Sure, it's A Character, but it has nothing in common with the original beyond some superficial traits, and it's actively annoying to you, the writer, but at this point you're so attuned to This Wrong Version that there's no way back.

Wordcount for the day: 835 plus edits on previous chapter WiP

Wrapped up the chapter I was working on, but I need to come back to it with fresh eyes. My overall chapter plot is there, but the stuff in between just felt like it jumped all over.

Tried to give a moment of reflection and growth for Kat, but I think it ended up falling flat. Will most likely have to do a partial chapter overhaul when I'm not so aggravated with it.

Sister said that soccer practices are twice a week now, so more free time for editing. Might have to have her take a quick glance over the part that bugs me and offer some advice. I can see the issue, just can't figure out how to fix the issue.

Bluebell man.

Unlike Holly, he was underground when it all happened. Keep in mind, he is also the ONLY survivor from the rabbits who were underground. Holly said he can only imagine what it must have been like, but Bluebell interrupts him, saying that he can't and takes over the story.

Bluebell telling about everything that happens underground is the only serious moment in the book with him.

He was in the poisoned burrows. He was there when the does did not want to leave their kittens and attacked any rabbit that came close. He was there when rabbits were desperately trying to get out, clambering over each other and even ending up killing each other in the process. The cries for help. Kittens who were screaming for their mothers. Owsla trying to give orders during all that. The dead rabbit that came tumbling towards him - the same dead rabbit that he had to tear at to get out. Pimpernel trying to help him out, but constantly confused over everything and Bluebell biting him out fear that he might die and block the way. The guy has most likely PTSD himself from the event but he needed to keep himself and Holly going so he coped with jokes.

Just - the strength that must have took.

I find it so difficult to find novels and webtoons/mangas about femdoms. I prefer reading those because 90% of male dom novels are oozing abusive dynamics and it's not a healthy dom x sub relationship in the slightest.

And idk what it is....but I swear over the past couple of years femdom books have gotten so much worse. I do not want a gender swap of the terrible trauma inducing, manipulative, abusive hard daddy "dom" preying on someone younger than them. And like- people will eat that shit up just because it's a woman doing the abuse and it's just disturbing to read :/
