"You wanted our budgets-" It's said mostly to herself as she points up with both hands, scanning the desks around the center of the room, lips pressed together. She's nearly running the handful of steps after spotting the gray binder on her own cluttered workspace, ratty gray and black sneakers tapping the concrete as she rushes to grab it. A stack of highlighted papers float to the ground, but the doctor ignores it in favor of leaning against the table, knocking a pen cup over, and flipping through the report. She glances at the overturned receptacle, attention bouncing between the two objects before landing on Brianne. "Not much has changed since last quarter, but two of our barometers broke and we're running low on fresh scalpels." She steps forward and offers the binder to the director, open to a page with a colorful pie chart and budget information.
Spencer pauses, lip finding its way between her teeth in the silence. "And um. Howard, you know, ever curious, was asking about the avatar program...?" She presses her fingertips together, brows raising as she questions the program with a hopeful tone. She's obviously asking to sate her own curiosity. "The exopacks are great but they get in the way of field research."

Intel Trust Authority Use Cases

CPU, GPU TEEs from Intel and NVIDIA Confidential Computing differ. To trust CPU and GPU TEEs, customers need two suppliers’ certification.
This Intel-NVIDIA alliance provides a uniform attestation solution for Confidential Computing CPU and GPU TEEs using Intel Xeon CPUs with Intel TDX and NVIDIA Tensor Core H100 GPUs. Xeons with Intel TDX extensions support hardware TEEs. Intel TDX isolates VMs from the VMM/hypervisor and other software outside the Trust Domain, preventing software attacks.
Intel CPU TEEs are verified in several methods. Customers, hosting Cloud Service Providers, or ISVs can establish private attestation services. CPU attestation will employ Intel Trust Authority, a new cloud-based independent trust solution. RAS verifies GPU-hosted TEEs.

This approach simplifies and encapsulates application attestation. Applications call Intel Trust Authority Client APIs like collectCPUToken(), collectGPUToken(), and collectCompositeToken() to start attestation flows. First, let’s look at understanding where you fit into the ecosystem.
Understanding Where You Fit in the Ecosystem
Gauge your position in the ecosystem by benchmarking yourself against the industry average. We surveyed over 2,500 people in our 2019/20 Mason Frank salary survey and were able to build a profile on the typical Salesforce professional in 2020, who is:
Working permanent, full-time: 88% of respondents reported working on a permanent, full-time basis, compared to 11% who were working freelance/contract. The remainder were either working part-time, or currently unemployed. For a Salesforce Customer: over half (54%) of those who took part are working for an end user organization, while 38% reported working for a partner or consultancy. The remainder either worked for ISVs (4%) or were employed by the vendor itself. In the IT services industry: a clear majority of survey participants (42%) across both partners and end users reported working in the IT industry, followed by sales (11%), finance (7%), project management (6%), and marketing (6%). As a Salesforce Admin: Salesforce Administrator was the clear front-runner for the most popular job in an end user organization. This may come as no surprise given Admins tend to be sole Salesforce users in small-medium businesses, and many enterprises utilize teams of admins to chip away at their backlog.
And has been in the role for 1–2 years: over half of all respondents (55%) had been in their current position between one and two years, but generally Salesforce professionals tend to spend an average of three years in each role across their career.
Top Job Roles by Organization Type
The most popular position in a Salesforce customer organization won’t reflect that of a Salesforce partner, of course. Technical and functional consultants were far more prominent in partner organizations, where professionals are expected to have a more well-rounded view of Salesforce technology, so they can go out there and steer the overall direction of client projects, as well as work on an executive level.
Likewise, there were far more technical and solution architects working for Salesforce partners. This is typical of what we find when working with candidates—not many architects work full-time in-house, unless it’s a business transformation project, as this is where end users would lean on partners and contractors. Interestingly, Salesforce Developer was the second most popular job role across both partner and end user organizations, and was the most popular role above all in ISV organizations. It’s interesting to see such a large makeup of developers, especially considering that only 10% of certified professionals held the Platform Developer II credential.

Salesforce Partners predicted Lightning to be the product most in demand by clients in the coming year. Don’t have any experience yet? Don’t worry! Something we’re recommending to our candidate base in 2020 is to reach out to their local network of non-profit organizations to offer assistance with their CRM. Marketing Cloud
While having Sales Cloud experience will open you up to working with the majority of businesses using Salesforce, on the flip side, having experience using niche products will make you more valuable in those circles. For example, we’ve been waiting to see Marketing Cloud blow up for the last few years, but still, only 33% of respondents to our survey reported using it. Following Salesforce’s MuleSoft acquisition, however, making it easier than ever to use all feasible types of customer data for marketing purposes, it could be the time to commit to learning Marketing Cloud before it goes from a sleeping giant to a hungry beast.
Service Cloud
Service Cloud is a similar story, only not as dramatic. Einstein Voice is set to change the game for contact centers around the world by using real-time conversation sentiment analysis to suggest suitable outcomes to agents. Accordingly, we were eager to hear about the most recent news and changes from Microsoft Inspire 2021, a two-day online festival for Microsoft partners that delivers the most recent news and updates that help us serve our clients across all endeavors.
It's all about the cloud: There are a few new, advanced specialties associated with the Azure cloud platform that will help businesses with security and consistency in the far future. These will take into account the need for security solutions in every enterprise while also reducing complexity, expense, and risk.
Another benefit is that Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability will soon be available for assessment. With this new cloud service, businesses can track, report, and reduce their emissions as they work toward net-zero emissions. Organizations will actually want to provide their clients with a maintainability scorecard to track progress against their fossil fuel byproduct decrease objectives, clients will actually want to pinpoint specific emanation regions and track whether they are meeting their discharge decrease objectives, and CIOs will actually want to easily provide an account of IT fossil fuel byproducts. We are interested to see how this affects the EPC industry.
Simpler Integration: The new updates and announcements make it easier and more dependable for customers, whether it's reconnecting the Dynamics 365 Human Resources App to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or allowing Microsoft Teams clients to access Microsoft Dynamics 365 data inside Teams more freely. Imagine a more straightforward coordinated effort where all D365 data is now accessible from Teams and where HR data is stored in the same data set as other Finance and Operations apps. Even though CEM Business Solutions only provides a small number of HR solutions, these additional reconciliations will make our contributions more relevant for HR.
Reduced time spent developing applications: Microsoft announced improvements to their Business Applications ISV Connect program. This adjustment will shorten the time it takes for our apps to build and will enable CEM Business Solutions' applications and modules to launch more quickly. This helps our customers acquire the adjustments they require more quickly.
Attracting reps for retention: Ever before Microsoft Viva launched, we've been excited about it. As a result, we have a lot more interest in finding out about the addition of 20 new Viva partners. As it provides additional reconciliations to enhance the business experience for this new world of crossover work, this continues to be a hugely advantageous factor. The addition of additional partners has increased the number of devices that employees may use to communicate, exchange information, study, and recharge.

Making Aliyah
“Don’t fear, I am with you. From the east, I’ll bring your children; from the west, I’ll gather you. I’ll say to the north, ‘Give them back!’ and to the south, ‘Don’t detain them.’ Bring my sons from far away and my daughters from the end of the earth” (Isaiah 43:5-6, CEB).

The word Aliyah means “the act of going up,” which refers to the immigration of Jews from the nations to the Land of Israel (going up towards Jerusalem). “Making Aliyah” is part of a national Zionist ideology of the return of the Jewish people to their homeland. Israel’s Law of Return allows Jews, namely those deemed Jewish by Talmudic law or Israeli secular law, and eligible non-Jews the legal right to assisted immigration, settlement in Israel, and Israeli citizenship. They consider an eligible non-Jew to be: a child and a grandchild of a Jew, the spouse of a Jew, the spouse of a child of a Jew, and the spouse of a grandchild of a Jew (Jewish Virtual Library).
The Aliyah concept is rooted in scripture with its recurrent theme of Israel returning home after being taken captive by other nations. Ezekiel 28:25, ISV, states, “This is what the Lord God says: ‘When I gather the house of Israel from the nations to which I’ve scattered them, I will show them my holiness before the watching world, and they will live on the land that I gave to my servant Jacob.’” God said to the patriarch Abraham, “For all the land which you see, I will give it to you and to your descendants forever (Genesis 13:15, AMP, emphasis mine).”
As Christians, we want to have the heart of God by loving what He loves and seeing things from His eternal perspective. Since the Lord says He loves Israel with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), we should also love Israel. One day I was reading Isaiah 49:22, AMP, which says, “This is what the Lord God says, ‘Listen carefully, I will lift up My hand to the [Gentile] nations and set up My banner to the peoples, and they will bring your sons in the fold of their garments, and your daughters will be carried on their shoulders” (Emphasis mine).
The words seemed to leap off the page! I saw God’s plan that Gentiles would assist the Jews as they return home. As a Gentile believer in the God of Israel, I am one of those people from the nations that God has signaled to assist Abraham’s descendants in their return home. I don’t believe I am alone. I think God’s banner is yet raised to call more Christians to understand the times and come alongside Israel in the making of aliyah.
Jewish olim (immigrants) come from many countries to flee anti-Semitism, escape war and poverty, or fulfill their dream of returning to the Holy Land. Interacting with these dear people and hearing their stories has been eye-opening for me. Their faces and countries of origin may be different, but their goals are the same: to learn a new language, find a job, and assimilate into the Israeli culture. Reaching those goals can prove to be an arduous and often lengthy process. It takes endurance to overcome the obstacles when moving to the Holy Land.
For over 35 years, CFI has come alongside thousands of Jewish immigrants in supplying food, clothing, finances, comfort, prayer, music, and friendship. We also offer small appliances in the Operation Start-up Store and computer literacy training in our new Hope Resource Center. As you pray for the immigrants, would you ask the Lord how you might contribute to the much-needed assistance of those descendants of Abraham who are returning to their homeland?

Praise God for His eternal promises to Israel. He made this promise to King David, “And I will provide a place for my people Israel and will plant them so that they can have a home of their own. Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever” (2 Samuel 7:10a, 16, NIV).
Thank the Lord that Israel is preparing a contingency plan to receive thousands of Ukrainian Jews who may flee amid growing tensions and speculation over an imminent Russian invasion of Ukraine. “See, I will bring them from the land of the north and gather them from the ends of the earth. Among them will be the blind and the lame, expectant mothers and women in labor; a great throng will return” (Jeremiah 31:8, NIV).
Intercede for the Middle East. We want to preempt any war that does not align with God’s timetable. Ecclesiastes 3:8 says; There is “…a time for war and a time for peace.” In a statement by Rick Ridings for Israel prayer coverage, he said, “I felt the Lord say that now our prayers and intercessions could intercept Satan’s plans for a World War III to cut short a Great Harvest. I also felt that Satan would attempt to start World War III in order to block the soon coming wave of Aliyah, the movement of Jewish people from the West coming home to Israel. The times and seasons are in His hands, and not in Satan’s, who often tries to cause certain end-times events to occur ahead of the Lord’s timing” (Rick Ridings, Succat Hallel).
Pray for the olim struggling to learn Hebrew and gain job skills to succeed in Israel. Please pray that the Spirit of God will give them understanding, confidence, and courage. “‘I know the plans I have in mind for you, declares the Lord; ‘they are plans for peace, not disaster, to give you a future filled with hope’” (Jeremiah 29:11, CEB).
Ask the Lord to show the Body of Messiah how important Aliyah is to God’s heart and His plans for these last days. “The Lord rebuilds Jerusalem; He gathers Israel’s exiled people” (Psalm 147:2, HCSB). (Chuck Cohen, Intercessors for Israel).
