Does interior design add value to the home? It is clear to all that home design involves a financial investment, and many of us wonder whether this investment is indeed worthwhile? The significant benefit that a redesign of the interior of the apartment or house brings with it, after the renovation, is an increase in the value of the property. There is a direct relationship between the volume of financial investment and the degree of economic return. In addition to the material benefit, there are other benefits that, when combined together, improve the standard of living in the apartment, and may bring with it a change in lifestyles.

Designing an accessible bathroom
Planning and carrying out the transformation of the existing house into a home can be a complex process. In particular, if the house or apartment was not designed with this in mind, or there are various elements that limit the accessible planning. Therefore, when I plan houses and apartments, I also take into account the need for the house to be accessible in the future. Especially the bathroom.

Small garden design Planning the garden as a children's play area
They had already said before 'every house needs a balcony or garden to sit in'. A private house with a garden or apartment with a balcony is our favorite due to our ability to enjoy the outdoor space. The garden or terrace provides space for play, accommodation and relaxation for children.
In order for our outdoor space to enable these activities, the base surface in the hospitality and play area needs to have safety cladding and suitable for children...

Ergonomics is a science that deals with the relationship between humans and the environment, to technological products, as well as the space in which we are. Architectural planning and ergonomics go hand in hand. Optimal architectural planning must refer to the understanding of the space and how it is used. Understanding the way the human body moves in space defines how the kitchen will be designed, the location of the sanitary ware in the bathroom, the way the doors are opened in different rooms, and even the height difference during stairs.
There is a direct connection between the physical environment in which we find ourselves, and its effect on the health of the body. A simple psychological explanation states that if something is uncomfortable for us in a certain way, physically or emotionally, we avoid doing it or we don't persist in it. This principle applies to the house we live in, as well as to our work environment.
The current article deals with the basic principles of ergonomics in work spaces, with an emphasis on work in the modern era.

All over the world, and of course in Israel as well, many people choose to work in shared spaces. Also called We Work. Co-working spaces are a solution for those who do not want to work in the office, and need an office work space. In Israel itself, there are dozens of co-working spaces. Of course, I'm not talking about open space workspaces in industrial and high-tech companies. Rather, spaces rented to people by the hour or monthly rate. If you are an entrepreneur who wants to invest in co-working spaces as a profitable asset and for economic leverage, or self-employed, freelancers and start-ups, who are tired of working from home or from the coffee shop closest to your home, this article is just for you. What are the advantages of a co-working space?

Organic architecture is a planning approach, based on the worldview, which merges human habitats with nature/environment. This combination is achieved through a sympathetic design approach and takes into account in particular the site and environment in which the building is built. This approach aims to merge the building and its natural surroundings into one entity. Any method of construction can exist in organic architecture, as long as the design relies on the planning principles of sustainable architecture – green architecture

Boho chic – a popular style in design, and very confusing. Boho Chic came from the fashion world and combines designs from different styles, for example retro with modern, pop-art with morbidity, DIY with meticulous fine-chic. Today, when we talk about design and fashion in the style of 'boho chic' or 'boho style', we mean unconventional design that is not characterized by a specific design line. This style is often presented, with reference to the use of unique textures, a combination of different images, textiles and multiple colors, which create and define an original design whose rules are difficult to define.

One of the most amazing places in the world – the eighth wonder of the world (at least engineeringly). The Kinzua Bridge was built for a railroad track that spanned the Kinzoa Gorge in McKean County, Pennsylvania. The bridge was originally built from cast iron in 1882 and was named as the "eighth wonder of the world", holding the world record as the highest railway bridge in the world for two years. In 1900, the bridge was dismantled, while at the same time being rebuilt from steel, to allow it to carry heavier trains. The bridge remained commercially serviced until 1959 and was sold to the Pennsylvania government, in 1963 and turned into a national park. ChicThe bridge began in 2002, but before it was finished, and in 2003 a tornado hit the bridge, causing much of the bridge to collapse.

Bruce Alonzo Gaff was an American architect, identified with the style of organic architecture. The design of the buildings he designed drew his inspiration from environmental, organic, eclectic elements, and was often considered an extravagant design, and even unusual in the niche of the style of organic architecture. Bruce Gaff was heavily influenced by the architect Frank Lloyd Wright, claiming that, like Wright, he felt contempt for houses that were actually boxes with small holes.
