Finally got an iPad. Seemed fitting to make my test drawing a re-draw of my #1 hero. Then I started shading and lost about 6hrs… Definitely going to be making a punk AU series.

Deviant Connor Headcanon — Caring for his own pets

Once he has work, Connor saves up little by little for an aquarium — but not before researching every little detail about how to properly care for fish.

He’s serious about their well-being, religious about changing the water filters and making sure the water temperature is just so. He’d feed them at the same time every day, on the dot, never too much or too little.

He’d have a hard time entrusting them to anyone else if he needs to leave for an extended period of time. Perhaps Hank. But he’ll hound him with a list of what needs to be done. This gets on Hank’s nerves.

Caring for them gives him a small sense of purpose, something he desperately wants. He feels more grounded and at peace. It’d lift him up if he had a particularly long and trying day.
