Hey all, been an intense few days, and realised I haven't actually posted here about the fact the crowdfunder for The Magnus Archives RPG by the incredible Monte Cook Games is live RIGHT NOW.

It's going amazingly well, far beyond what we could have predicted, and I'm so excited by it. It looks amazing and I'm so psyched to see how Monte and the team bring the Archives to the tabletop. As someone who's been roleplaying since the 90s, Monte's work has obviously been a big feature in my gaming life, so you'll have to forgive me if there's a slight fanboyish tinge to how I talk about the project!

actually I will say all the “who could the new member be???” speculation has made me realize is. boy can those hermits sure hermit. I’m not sure ANY of them play much minecraft with literally anyone who isn’t each other. if it weren’t for grian spearheading first the life series and then the crossover in what now reads to me as a blatant “NOW MAKE FRIENDS I WANT MY FRIENDS TO BE FRIENDS” moves, I’m not sure we’d even have this much of a usual suspects list. no WONDER one of the guys on the shortlist of “most likely candidates” isn’t hermit-adjacent, we’re already out of hermit adjacent guys because they are TOO BUSY BEING HERMITS. Day 3 Progression Post! 🍄

Hello fireflies! The long awaited progression post is finally here; the amount of sprites may be overwhelming but keep in mind it includes duplicates of the same pose with minor expression changes haha. So realistically once I have a base pose I can knock out 5-6 in one go!

Day 3 has been beta-tested by my lovely fiance, and while they say the writing is good I still wanna include some separate interactions so the MC feels more natural to players (this goes for people who wanna flirt with Mychael vs. wants to be casual with him but still friendly!)
