Gestern Abend war ich bei einem interessanten Kochworkshop bei Sternekoch Frank Oehler in der Speisemeisterei. Interessant fand ich zum einen den Blick hinter die Kulissen und zum anderen natürlich die Inspiration, die ich mitnehmen konnte. Dank Hightech-Siphons von @isiculinary eröffnen sich auch für die Küche im Privathaushalt ungeahnte Möglichkeiten 😍😋👌 Ich kannte die Teile von früher, als die fortschrittlichen unserer Bekannten so ein Ding hatten, um damit Sahne auf den Erdbeerkuchen zu bringen 😉 Aber nach dem gestrigen Workshop habe ich jetzt ganz andere Ideen, wie man mit dem iSi Gourmet Whip experimentieren könnte.
