“Isekai Mecha” includes the honorable Vision of Escaflowne, the venerable Magic Knight Rayearth (eventually), the Tenchi Muyo spin-off called Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, the recent title Trapped In A Dating Sim: The World Of Otome Games Is Tough For Mobs...

An older title would be Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure... sci-fi, not fantasy. A guy falls into a parallel alternate version of modern Japan where mecha exist but only women can pilot them, but he was never born because his alternate self is a super-prototype mecha that only he can pilot because it's his other self.

Vandread technically counts as much as Dual, though it’s perhaps more accurately a Space Opera story. A boy from a planet of men ends up on a pirate ship hailing from a planet of women, which is hurled far away from either of their worlds. The boy must pilot a mecha alongside the women and their space-jets to protect the pirate ship as they make their way back home.

The original Macross is much more firmly a Space Opera than an isekai, since the story starts from Earth rather than an alien world colonized by humanity's descendants. But it still does involve a freak accident that transports the spaceship and nearby civilians to Pluto's orbit, forcing them to make a long trek back to Earth while hounded by aliens.

Think I'm gonna binge the best isekai mech anime, again.

Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari

Mysteriously teleported from Earth, Kenshi Masaki finds himself ensnared by a mysterious organization in a world called Geminar, where male mecha pilots are extremely rare. With the promise of returning home, the 15 year-old agrees to pilot a mecha suit called a Sacred Mechanoid and assassinate the ruler of the Shtrayu Empire, Lashara Earth XVIII. However, things do not go according to plan, and Kenshi finds himself prisoner and an object of scrutiny by Lashara and her shipmates. After learning of Kenshi’s plight, Lashara offers him the chance to redeem himself by entering her employ. He will act as her servant, practically a slave, but also have a chance to once more pilot a mecha suit. Kenshi is willing to endure Geminar’s eccentricities if it means he may return home, but will he ever be able to do so? And what of this mysterious organization that brought him to Geminar to try to kill Lashara?
