Yes, she will. I think her being mute is quite a key element to her character, so I'm keeping it that way. However, depending on what episodes I come up with and make, she may or may not have a speaking part in an episode.

Jerry was once a sailor, sailing around the world in a boat with crew she called family. Now that the ship is retired and everyone has passed on, she finally touches back down and roams the main land, in search of something new. How’d you meet your best friend? School, second grade, though we hated each other until seventh. XD
