I noticed that in most fanfiction even in well written one as soon as smut starts characters kinda all become the same?

Like... Different settings, fandoms, pairings and when you read the plot you feel the diversity if that makes sense, but then sex starts and it's always the same patterns and behaviors and phrases like characters get completely bleached.

It's like I can switch two sex scenes from two completely different works and nothing will change.

I'm ace so I may not understand some things but I think you don't lose your whole personality when you start fucking...
