Hello. I am not quite sure exactly how to compose myself here.. But I am hoping to meet new people. If that is even wanted of me, of course.

Mun is fictionkin and identifies as Darkrai—So I don't necessarily go "out of character", but I will speak in third person for the sake of this.

Darkrai uses he/it, and I like to view things as everything being canon, so I don't have a specific thing I like to stick to (Feel free to do whatever you want with the canon.) However, that being said, all actions deemed "evil" were not solely for that purpose— Darkrai is simply very mentally unwell due to all of the things he had to endure throughout his life. Such hatred towards yourself can become too much.. And he believed it best if everyone else knew his pain, or, simply, better if he ended the universe in its entirety. So, never will he be purely "evil".

For a basic default canon, Darkrai is past all of this.. And is trying to be kinder to himself and understand the world around him more, rather than fear it. This means he's pretty oblivious to most customs and expectations involving social interaction.

I am autistic.. And I completely hyperfocus on very small aspects of a fandom, so.. I know a lot about Darkrai, and not much about Pokemon itself. It would be majorly appreciated if anyone was interested in befriending me.. To give some pointers, or ramble about it! I am very willing to listen :)

I'm okay with mostly anything besides sexual asks and rps. Darkrai is genderless. Romance is okay, though. (if you're not weird about it)

OBLIGATORY HEADER POST:

Here’s just some basic info about who this character (code named “Dew”) is and their Pokémon team:

1. My normal blog is @asquared-ohgodnotthehorrors , and I did post some PokeMedia stuff over there so some lore will need to be restated. This is more just for the RP content tbh.

2. The team this character has:

- Torrent, the Dewott. A very competitive Dewott in all senses, from actual Pokémon battles to board/video games to Cooking. Is also a moderate media enjoyer/weeb, and is also a move junkie, using TMs and remembering moves near obsessively. Nature is Quirky, Ability is… Torrent, and is this character’s first Pokémon.

- Nova, the Volcarona. Was raised from an egg as a Larvesta and evolved… not through a lot of battle which is weird. Very mild mannered, but gets riled up when needed. Is therefore Mild, and has ability Flame Body. Sheds burning scales once a month. Is also an Intersex Volcarona.

- Queen, the Cincinno. Is extremely haughty and a major diva. Suspected to also be a sadist? But helps clean around the house (was caught as a Mincinno for this very purpose), and is one of the sole force keeping the house burning down because of Nova’s shedding. Has a King’s Rock on at all times, has the ability Skill Link, and is considered Adamant.

- Kirby, the Hydreigon. Is a foster Pokémon that once belonged to Ghetsis, broke free, was calmed by Queen, and now is being fostered and his long term health issues are being cared for. Not a lot is known about him personally however, except he trusts Queen a lot.

3. This character refuses to put his name or likeness on the internet. He doesn’t want people to use that against him. He will go by “Dew” if that’s easier though.

4. Despite his Pokémon being fairly strong, and doing a lot of fighting, this trainer is far from professional, and only has a Basic Badge he renews every once in a while when his team wants to do a battle trip. Considering doing the Unova gym challenge before college however.

5. His team has their own secret lives. Queen finds items she hands to novice trainers who pass by, Torrent runs errands and goes to stores sometimes, and Nova flies off every now and then, often bringing along other members of the team too. Dew is concerned, but not enough to look into it.

I really should find a way to give them out, maybe to people on their Island Challenge who end up beating my gym? Not like I'll be a Trial Captain anytime soon so I should probably figure something out.

I don't even use Savage Spinout often since a good portion of challengers are travellers who didn't get a Z-Ring.

There are still. So many. Buginium Zs, not like I can give 'em out anyways, I ain't a trial captain. Plus, people who have a Z-Ring dont visit the town that much outside of Nanu living nearby.

So I just have a horde of Buginium Z, I think its enough to fill a damn pillow.

Dewott Facts

-Wild dewott both live in both rivers and oceans. Dewott that live in the ocean tend to have thicker fur

-The darker blue fur on their hips secretes a sticky substance that works even when underwater. The substance is what keeps their scallchops in place

-Dewott whiskers are very sensitive to the touch, and its suggested for trainers not to touch them

-It's a common misconception that because they live alone, they're mean and territorial. But dewott are actually quite friendly, allowing on-threatening people and pokemon pass through their territory

-Dewott can swim ar 10 mph

-Dewott diets consist of scallops, clams, and small fish pokemon

-Dewott need eat about 25% of their body weight everyday, as they're very active and burn a lot of energy

-Dewott evolved to have small closed ears as a way to keep water out of their body. But this lEads them to have trouble hearing as well

-Dewott of all genders will fight other dewott to impress potential mates

-Because they're feet are flat and meant for water, it makes a very loud slapping sound. They'll stamp their foot angrily when they challenge a pokemon to a serious battle, or when they want their trainers attention. (It's also funny to see those videos on Rotube on dewott following their trainers in hardwood floor, but a loud slapping comes from them each step)

-In sammurot families, dewott are often tasked with taking out young oshawotts to help train. So you might find dewott teaching an oshawott to battle if you go to the right places at the right time (it's super cute)

-Dewott like to make homes on beaches and underwater caves that hold air pockets
