The singing fishmonger of Killybegs - Ronan is this weeks Taste's Face. 🐟⁠ ⁠   This is the second in a series of Irish food producers, cooks, bakers, sellers, artisans, I will be introducing on @tastesfaces. ⁠ ☘ . I really enjoyed spending time @the_fishstop. Ronan was more than happy to tell me all about the fish and seafood which comes straight out of the Atlantic Ocean. ⁠ ⁠  Ronan has been at the Fish Stop since it opened in 2019 and is a trained chef. He is always delighted to share his knowledge and, if you are lucky, you may get a wee song out of him too. Something he has promised me for next time ;). ⁠ ⁠ .  The Fish Stop is owned by the well renowned, and long standing, @atlantictreasures - a family run fish business in the heart of Donegal. ⁠ ⁠ .  Killybegs is the largest fishing port in Ireland.
