So I really hate lotion. Like, REALLY hate it. I even made sure to put in my @ipsyofficial profile for no lotion. But they knew me better than me? This stuff is actually really good!! Like, it actually made my hands soft instead of oily and gross feeling. I'm in love!

Ipsy Review March 2018 So this month nothing was leaking or broken, but I didn’t get much in my bag. I am a little let down by the picks. The brush isn’t that good and the makeup bad is cheap. The lipstick is cute and the eye shadow is nice as well. The best product this month was the face mask. @ipsyofficial

Yo, @ipsyofficial, why is your website ordering form such a piece of shit?

I was a subscriber for like two years but cancelled back in 2015.  Finally, I’m in a better financial position, I’m getting back into makeup and decide to resubscribe - after all, it’s only $10 a month and with the name brand products included, it’s worth it.

Every. single. time. I have tried to enter my information into the website, I get the bullshit “Card Expiration Date is not valid.  Please try again”.   After something like 15 tries, I got ahold of your customer support via twitter.

After clearing my browser, refreshing the page, logging out and logging back in, and trying via the browser on my phone, it still insists that my card expiration date isn’t valid.......which is humerous, considering I’m looking right at my debit card as I enter the information and have had ZERO issues with using the same card on other sites (In fact, I used the same card to make a $100 bath and body works purchase 2-3 days ago, not a single problem).   Your customer service reps advice?

“Maybe contact your bank to make sure you have the right information for the account.  Also, you could try using a prepaid card, if that’s an option for you!”

If y’all can’t figure out how to accept my mastercard debit card, how in the hell are you going to accept a prepaid card?

Like, I love your products - but shit, I don’t want it that bad.

Thank you @ipsyofficial​ for the @soldejaneiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream​! This cream was really easy to apply and left my skin feeling soft and not at all greasy. The only thing is I was a little dry and itchy the next morning and the smell was a wee bit strong for me. Other than that, great product!

👍 This month's ipsy bag. 👎 Their utter mischaracterization of egg. He is not "lazy" because he is "laid-back" or "super chill." He cannot function in society because he has severe, crippling depression, amongst other mental health issues. And also a cute bum. As a person (who once was merely an egg herself) with severe, crippling depression, amongst other mental health issues and a cute bum, my happiness at scoring this cute little gude pouch is deeply undercut by ipsy's ignorance/lack of simple ability to use google, and/or purposeful erasure of mental illness to shill cheap makeup. Y'all listening, @ipsyofficial ? Depression isn't a "look." That messy hair, no pants thing isn't cultivated. It's because some of us literally cannot force ourselves to do things like get out of bed, get dressed, "tousle our top knots," etc. For many of those same reasons, a lot of people with mental illness prefer to have things (cosmetics samples, for instance) delivered to them, because going out shopping is out of the question, and tiny monthly surprises in the mail are our only source of occasional joy. Way to alienate a core demographic, @ipsyofficial …

This was my first order from Ipsy and I was initially disappointed. The package arrived in what looked like a dollar store bubble wrapped bag, not the cute cosmetic case advertised online. The most disappointing thing was that the perfume bottle was opened and was all over everything and ruined a good amount of the products. I contacted customer service to let them know and they responded promptly and offered to replace all damaged products. I was very happy and impressed by that. I’m hoping my next box will be better. @ipsyofficial
