You get to invent your whole life. This is a core belief of mine. It's the one that most aligns with the vision I've held for my life, from as far back as childhood. It's the one that's guiding me to write this post. So check it out.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ When I was 10 years old I spent an entire summer going to the library... all I did was read. I had a voracious appetite for knowledge. I befriended my librarians and they nurtured my curiosity which was growing at an alarming velocity. Somewhere in there I discovered personal development work and I started to form a vision for my life. I remember deciding way back then that the only way this work works is on the foundation of love and honesty. Truth-seeking was the name of the game.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Over the years it hasn't always been the most fun perspective to apply when I process what is happening in my life. It is just the one that helps me the most. I have learned to take responsibility and be truly humble and honest with myself. I have come to believe, consciously or unconsciously, we create it all. We're that powerful and therefore that capable of taking control of things. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Try reflecting on where you are. Can you honestly say you don't see your hand it? ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ The good news is at any moment you get to invent again. All that's left to do is practice making it intentional and for the highest good.
