Okay so, her lore is that she was working with the tallest on the massive and she got sick for being bossed around and ran away to earth- she's a fugitive and the tallest sent numerous people down to earth to get her (scared to go themselves due to zim being there). She managed to escape them all and live her life our on earth... until one very convincing person comes down to get her...
