#TheBestPartsOfWakingUp, this doesn't come easy, but when you go for what you know, it's all worth it, right. Ok, my husband & I have been managing a property for a little over two months. Me, doing what I do, whenever I go into a new situation, I rarely jump the gun & I feel things out, like I'm blind. Even in a position of #Power with #Authority, I don't rush to switch things up, even if I can clearly see changes need to be made, right. Now, on yesterday, after asking the Owner, who's very frugal, to upgrade some appliances & getting what I requested, I knew a tenant or two would have a problem with the changes I had to make. Like the fact that they were allowed to make their own coffee & all day if they wanted & no one really cleaned up after themselves. That's why the appliances really had to be replaced. Well, I typed up a letter to inform the tenants of my changes, but my printer struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi, so I decided to go ahead & see how they do without me telling them. I figured, since we're all adults & no kids are in the building, they should get the memo. Well, they all seemed to get it & showed their appreciation for the changes I made, except one. An older lady, who woke up screaming my name, asking for coffee. I laughed, thinking, my husband warned me about this one, before he left for work. So, I got up to make her coffee, before time & she asked, "Is this how it's going to be from now on?" "Yes, I told her, to keep things clean." Ironically, I knew she liked to run brewed coffee back through the coffee maker & that was a problem. Now, that she couldn't have her way, she tried to keep her cool, but before the day was out, she went off, saying, "It's always something..!" #InTheMean & #InBetween, I held my peace, all the while, thinking, some people just don't do well with change. Even when they have no control over changes that are made, #ButGod, even when the changes are good & for them. Funny thing is, this lady tries her best to "run shop" & can hardly do things for herself. #MOTS #SimmerDownNow #PeaceUp #PeaceOut #KnowGodKnowLove #NeverBiteTheHandThatFeedsYou #MyCupRunsOver #HotOrCold #MmmMmmGood #GoFigure

#HellOGreatLife, fully aware, when I move, my husband moves, just like that, right, he will go from a sound sleep to #WideAwake, in a matter of seconds. No matter how many times I tell him, I'm simply working my way up, he will never go back to sleep. Even still, I catch myself doing what I can, without getting #AllTheWayUp, so I don't disturb his peace, before he has to get up for work. Once he's up, he's up & always on the move. #NeverTheLess, yesterday I watched him run in from work, with minutes to spare before he had to run back out. #InTheMean & #InBetween, I was concerned about him running late & missing his class & he was more concerned about bringing me something to eat. Even when I refused & could have waited, he refused, asked them to wait, with #NoWorries about being late & so much so, he didn't even get himself anything to eat. #NeedLessToSay, he managed to make it on time & without running behind. #IsntItIronic, when he came home, he told me about how his teacher fussed at the class because there was a smell of weed so loud, he lost his cool on them. My husband, on #MakeMeProud, it wasn't him, said now they may have to take drug tests, #DropItLikeItsHot & he has no fear cause he's #SoFreshSoClean & ready for take off. Said the teacher told them, "If you don't care, I don't care!" This #ChosenMoment, right here, just might develop some #BrainCells, put some hair on some balls, & cause many to grow a pair. Deputy looking at me strangely says, "This is the happiest looking #MugShot I have ever seen. What we're you so #Happy about?", says the #Deputy, as he's looking at my booking papers & processing my release. All I could say is, "When you know you didn't do anything wrong, what more can you do. Lol!" You see, on this particular day, all I did was show up to mediation court, regarding the #Custody of my daughter & after hours of mediating, as I went to exit the building, to my surprise, I was handcuffed. #InTheMean & #InBetween, my parents who were with me, were in total shock & disbelief asked, "What did she do. We were with her the whole time." #Apparently & unbeknownst to me, I found out that I was being falsely charged with #Assault, by my daughters dad & his significant other. All the while we were in court, I had no clue, he had issued a warrant for my arrest & called it in. Now, anytime someone can sit in your face with a smug look & try to set you up for failure, I knew I was on the #RoadLessTraveled & headed straight for success. I have to say, I would never be as naive as I was when I was young & even then, you would have never saw me going after the Mother of a child, just to get her back, let alone would I ever be caught helping a fella go against a Mother, just because I'm in a relationship with him. I would have been said, #Lady101 #BoyStop #ManUp, you better get you life, before you lose it. Ironically, the person who did this was a cheater, abuser, had kids before me by several females, to say the least, #ButGod, let him tell his side, I #DidYouWrong. #GTHOH, I get so #FedUp, with fellas playing the crying game, placing blame, when a woman does to them what they think only they can do to a woman. #TrueStory, you know, I have been sharing this story about "Beamie" ever since she became one of the greatest #Blessings I ever received, in 2007. Beamie came to me during a time in my life, when I first decided to #StepUp, #StepOut, & #FollowMyHeart. #NeedlessToSay, I moved to Georgia, where I had no immediate family or friends around & I had to do my best to live & take care of myself, without the "comforts of home". Well, I ended up working for a #ArrowRecords, the gospel recording label of a well-known #MegaMinistry. I literally worked the #BeJesus, lol, out of myself to get the job & remained diligent when I got the job. I didn't have a car, let alone the fact the my drivers license were suspended, #ButGod, I was working to pull myself up & out of the fines I owed and the car my Father gave me, that I lost along the way. #InTheMean & #InBetween, I rode every form of transportation I could find, just to get the job done, including my feet & #NeverMissingABeat. #NeverTheLess, to my surprise, the Manager I was working with told me her & her husband had decided to give me their used #BMW, at no expense to myself. Now, even before I'd had a chance to see the car, I really had no idea of the #Value & #Worth of it, being a #StatusSymbol & all, but I soon learned, right. Unfortunately, I lost this car during a serious custody battle while fighting for my child, who is much more important, although I have to say I will always be appreciative to the couple, who became the vehicle God used, to teach me & I learned #MaybeIDeserve. Ironically, I found the front plate at the #HartsfieldAtlantaAirport, after I'd just got off the train & was headed to catch the next bus. When I picked it up off the ground, I told myself as I read it, #GodsTryingToTellYouSomething & I vowed to keep it & put it on the car, I believed I would have, months before, it was a given. #MOTS #GreatCatchUp #NeverSettleForLess #PaidInFull #CanUBelieve #Beamin #TryMe
