btw in a daemon AU i dont actually think logan howlett's daemon would be a wolverine. there's a lot of similarities, but wolverines are solitary for the most part, and logan thrives when he has a pack to return to, and mostly goes off on his own for feelings that he doesnt DESERVE the nice home he's found. he feels, because of trauma, that he /cant/ reveal all of his Self to others but through work and therapy would be /better off/ in a more constant presence of others. he needs the space to be able to pull away safely without repurcussions when he's overwhelmed or feeling cornered, but that's because of a trauma response and not because of an innate bit of his personality. and yeah a daemon can represent who you are With Trauma, but i just dont feel like that's who wolverine IS. i think logan thinks of himself as a lone wolf, but he connects to people very deeply, and whatever his Animal Representation is(of his most inner self) should reflect that

not as needy of other people as a wolf, but not as lonesome as a wolverine
