The pain is getting so bad. I honestly don't want to move at all. My head is pounding and I'm trying so hard not to cry cuz crying even makes it worse. I just want this all to stop!

Let me tell you
Ovarian cysts are no joke. And I empathize more than ever with those that suffer from them constantly.

OWWW!!!!! sorry to complain but my feet are in INTENSE pain all of a sudden! im legit fighting back tears. it's a 9 out of ten and heading towards the 10 out ten- and i seldom use 9 anymore and even RARER say its a 10. usually its an 8 on "bad" nights and days and thats brutal. i did last night (aka not even 12 hours ago) start reducing my topamax down to 25 mg at night w/ eventual goal of zero cause at my last pain magmt appt (end of december) nurse practicioner says i should try to reduce or eliminate my meds cause maybe the "polypharmacy" (or some fancy word like that) is making me worse) i said id try to reduce then drop topamax cause i knew it has huge side effects for me esp when i was on higher doses (appetitie loss, extreme amxiety/depresssion, vomitting) and wasnt even sure if it helped all too much (she had suggested namenda reduction/stopping but i KNOW that one helps!) so it's likely the med change BUT could also be crazy weather, the ketamine infusions last week wearing offf or just a crazy bad flare. im praying for weather or temporary crazy flare ! i mean i GUESS if it is the med change (time will tell)- can go back to 50, but was looking forward to having an appetite and giving "good news" at my next appt that im off topamax. BETTER not be ketamine dying off cause those infusions took toll on me mentally- just been too soon to repeat,

Waking Up / Night Of / Day After Surgery
I woke up from the surgery with a cast covering my right foot. The nurse tried to get me to eat toast, but I wasn't hungry. I had to wait a little while before I could go home. I went home and slept for about 3 hours. The pain is/was intense. Worse than anything I've ever felt before. The surgeon gave me pain medication, but it's not working at all. Last night I was ok till' about 9oclock. After that, the pain became intense. On a scale of 1 - 10 it didn't even register. I was crying and shaking, probably because of the anestesia, full on body shaking. That lasted for about 2 and a half hours. I didn't sleep at all last night. Every 2 hours, almost on the hour, I had to go to the bathroom. Standing up to get the crutches, blood would pool in my foot, so began the pain again. Which would last for about an hour, then I would attempt to fall asleep. But by the time I would just about to fall asleep, I would need to use the bathroom again. So began the never ending repeating cycle. When the sun began to rise, I finally fell asleep for about an hour. Then I woke up, watched a little tv and fell back to sleep for another hour. Another cycle. The pain just started up again, as horrible as it was last night. This time though, no shaking, thank God. Any remains of the anestesia I think I got rid of already.
