Modern Dragon Ball speculation but assuming the rights stuff is sorted out and they continue producing canonical followups to the story even after Toriyama's passing I'm like 100% betting they're gonna find a way to integrate Super Saiyan 4 into like the mainline canon stuff.
#dragon ball#7.2.25#integrating ssj4 now would probably be pretty messy#especially given the amount of forms goku already has#but i really wouldn't put it past them to bring it in somehow anyway#even if only because marketing hype or whatever#speculation as to how it's done ssj4 can be an evolution of broly's unique lssj form#and then after he unlocks it goku and vegeta effectively just study it and figure out how to do it themselves#because forms just end up being shared around in dragon ball like that anyway
