Amos scrunched up his face cutely at her words before he broke out into a mischievous grin. "If you knew me at all, you'd realize I don't pity or make people feel better. I'm kind of too cool for it." He teased her, looking down at their hands as he shook hers and then looking back up at her. "It's a deal then." He tilted his head to the side, definitely curious about her setup and maybe even her in general. "Your place. I kind of want to see you in action, since you just saw me. I think it's only fair I get to see you in your element."
Tumblr media
"Is that so? I think you're trying to flatter me and make me feel better." She didn't know all the rules and argued every time someone told her something that she did wrong until she decided that she thought it was a stupid sport. But she'd give it another chance if it meant she had someone as hot as Amos teaching her. When he took her hand, she couldn't help but smile as her fingers curled around his. "That sounds like a fair trade. Which one should we start with? I do have a whole set up at my place, both for my job and for video games."

Amos smirked back at her, definitely understand what she meant. He could sweet talk just about anyone, and Sienna intrigued him so he'd put that information away for future use. "Yeah, I could tell. You seemed like you knew what you were doing on the court, but you didn't, so I understand. Although we don't have many actresses in town." He raised an eyebrow, clearly not expecting her admission about her actual profession. "A hacker? Tell me more." He moved closer, extending his hand to her. "How about you teach me how to play video games and I teach you tennis? Whoever wins both gets bragging rights?"
Tumblr media
"Even though I'm not whore, I am a whore for compliments. Keep them coming." Sienna was half serious. While she didn't expect him to keep complimenting her, she did enjoy being complimented in any fashion. "An actress? I can act and would be paid a lot, I think, but I prefer to be more low key than that. I dress nice every so often, and despite catching me on a good day, I'm usually wearing sweats and a t-shirt." Something more casual. "I'm an hacker." She flashed him a coy smile. "A bit too competitive for my own good but I win enough that I can be this way."

Amos actually laughed at her words, clearly curious about her statement as he looked her up and down. "Really? That's not the first thing that came to my mind. No offense, you are gorgeous." He said quickly before he smirked. "But I reckon you have more of a sophisticated look. I thought you'd be a socialite, maybe an actress." He admitted playfully, shrugging. "What is it that you do?" Amos asked curiously. "Oh, are you competitive? You have no idea what I am then."
Tumblr media
"I get that a lot" Sienna had a particular look to her so she figured that she couldn't blame people for making assumptions. "What did I look like? I think my family believes that the money that I make comes from something like only fans." Well, she knew that for a fact because they didn't bother to be specific about her job so they tended to make it up as they went. "I can do that. Better yet, that means I'll win because I have decent aim. It'll satiate my competitive side."

"A Nintendo? Retro." He joked, a wide smile on his face. Not very familiar with anything other than whatever console he'd played with in his younger years. "No offense, but I really didn't take you as someone so interested in video games. I play Fifa sometimes, if that says anything? Hell, as a retired man, I'll take you up on that offer. Can we do a shooter one? Those look fun, but I'll probably have very shit aim."
Tumblr media
"Exactly." Sienna said with a laugh, knowing that maybe he was poking fun at her but there was a point to be made about people who were heavily into sports. "They don't. Not really but I found mine and fixed it up. I still have a Nintendo as well." The latter was her favorite out of the video games that she owned. "I'm a big nerd. I love video games. I'll show you a few one of these days if you're interested."

"Men and their boring sports that don't even look like sports, am I right?" He'd dated a couple men like that in his past too, so Amos could relate to her choice of sunbathing and drinking. "Wii, wow those still exist? That's amazing. No offense but I didn't really take you for someone that plays video games. That being said, I know nothing about that, so I don't even know what I'm talking about."
Tumblr media
"I used to be with this guy who loved to play and that's how it looked like it was played from the cart. I'd just go to sun bathe and to drink." The brunette didn't know if she was desperate enough to play that she'd cold call people and beg for a trainer. "I'll think about it. Maybe I'll stick to my virtual tennis on my Wii."

Amos chuckled. "Wait what? I'm not sure that's how golf works, but I actually have never played it. I don't really dig the whole standing around thing of that sport." He chuckled, a very valid answer, honestly. "I know some people you'd love to have a few private lessons with. There are also lists of instructor at reception if that's helpful. Glad you're trying tennis and not pickleball."
Tumblr media
"It's harder than it looks. I figured it was kind of like golf where you just hit it and the ball would magically go in the direction that you wanted." If it didn't, she'd hoped the walls were high enough but she was learning that it wasn't hard to hit the ball that high. "I'd love a few names. Preferably someone who is young and good-looking. Only because I feel like I'd need that kind of motivation to fully learn the sport."

Amos chuckled, shaking his head. "Don't feel embarrassed. A lot of people don't know what they're doing in this place, I promise." He had seen his fair share of people that liked to act like they knew exactly what they were doing, when they really had no idea. "And no, I'm not. I just retired and I'm not really looking for a new job at the moment. I can direct you to a couple of great people that do that for a living if you want though?"

starter for: @amosdeleon
location: tennis court
"This place needs a bar." Sienna told the man who'd been playing nearby. He was a lot better than she could ever dream of being but that wasn't an hard stretch given that she'd thrown the ball over the court a few times, watching as people volunteered to fetch it for her until they eventually gave up. "I'd need something strong to wash down the embarrassment of how I played. I got invited and I think they found excuses to ditch me and I don't blame them." Sienna knelt down to tie her shoe. "I'm going to need to hire someone to teach me. You're not a private instructor, by chance?"
