I had this concept of Javik (during the period of time when Kay is presumed dead) running into her adoptive grandmother and getting roped into a bittersweet Christmas celebration with the extended family, before they learn that Kay is actually alive. But there are some aspects of this story (such as the impact the Reapers had on irl Earth cities) that I can't in good conscience write into a fic rn, so here's an out-of-context chibi thingie :D
