Make the changes, lead the way

Take those with you who also need a guide

Together, find what you need both from exterior as well as interior sources

A new time is now, a new way of becoming something more than you ever thought possible before

Take this moment to plant yourself firm in your decisions

May it all work out for the best…

It’s been a journey

You’ve been lost and found many times over

Once I the light only to find yourself back in the dark

The known vs the unknown ad been the theme

Stay strong you’ll get through has been the mantra

You’ve grown beyond your border’s

You’ve stumbled along the rocky way

In time to know, to see, to feel your progression as you look back and then forth will bring you joy

You made it in many ways, you’ll keep making it even when you don��t think you will…

Old…

Nothing that’s reborn is ever old

Ever changing are our thoughts and minds

New ideas, ways of being come to us

We take what we need, returning the rest to the universe; only for another to use it again

Give an old dream life, breathe a breath of rejuvenation

Time has been reset, there is more to spare if you just use it wisely

Just as the leaves and grasses must grow; so to do we as a being

To be left behind or stuck in one place is not our purpose

Nothing is old, all can be made new

Look upon all things as a blank slate, what can you do with it if given the chance…

Come on in, you are welcome here

No need to be shy, take a load off

One smile is all the difference, it’s all you need

Only open arms, open eyes, open minds, open hearts here

Take it all in, no need to fear

Speak freely, learn all that you can

Take your first steps along a path that’s new

What’s done is done, come on in, these words are meant for everyone including you…

With The…

Spark, a flame, new life and light await

Come to the flame, like that of a moth drawn to it’s flickering

Old habits due hard, new traits live on

Refresh your inner most being, the time to do so is now

Give in, give up; these are what not to do

Keep doing all that you can, your spirits flame will in tone roar and burst

Those around you will see your efforts, they will inspire; not go in vain

Strike a new match, light a new flame…

New…

Moreover, a time has begun

A new song, tune, story, chapter now following

Clear away all that has been, bring in all that could be, thus will be

The keys with your grasp, all can be done that you wish to be

The spices smell and taste better, the flowers bloom brighter and bigger

The sounds of triumph are sweeter, all will be better than it ever was before

Take the time, the effort, the stock of what was and think on what’s here now

Let the new embrace you, let the light shine…

Coaquannock…

Stand within the grove of tall pines

Your spirit quest begins for you

Here our mother, her voice speaks to your soul

You must heed here words as they come soft yet strong

Go to where the rivers and sky’s meet

There you will find your purpose

Fail not in your journey, let not yourself be lost among the Black hills of forever night

Ogapogee…

Go to where you will find the shore touching the sea

Take from there the white she’ll that speaks to you

You will know it when you see it and it to will know you in return

Hold it to your ear, listen to it’s whisper’s

Here the voice of nature as it call to you

You will feel as well as finally come to realize your connection and place I this world we all share as our home

Pancanaset…

You’ve come to a little place among many

A place where your mind can be clear and free of worldly thing’s

Sit in silence and take in a breath of fresh air

Let it out along with life’s impurities, you are returning to your true path the longer you let go

Do not leave this place until you know you are safe

Be aware of your surroundings, as your guides guard your essence

Return if you need to, as much as you need to

This place is your among all who have such a location to allow your spirit a place to rest and call it home

Checaugou…

Look to the wild grasses for substance

The editable things that grow among the lands

The wild herbs, and spices used to enhance

Pick the wild onion, cucumber, berries and alike

The animals who walk and slither along the ground as well as in the tree tops get on just fine in this way

O the lost, the weary, the traveler who can’t find their way; take to the streams for your greens

Search the wild lands for all that you need, those before lived this way; why can’t we…

Manna-hata…

Roam the rolling land

Up, climb to reach the Heavens

Down, dip to the pits of below

Here, in between them both; the place where we reside

Travel each height see above other’s as they seek to be where you are

Traverse each low, hold out your hand and help those who have fallen

Each mountain, each valley match in a pattern

The light eclipses the shadows

Rise when they rise, fall when they fall

There is no flat ground to speak of…

Shawmut…

They live, they breathe, they flow

Life within life kept clean and safe

Crystal clear, see the stones along the bottom

The shore’s, vast, pearly white crescent moons turn full with the tide

They run, veins and arteries of our world; passing life’s essence through their channels

Take a drink, refreshing and cool; take no more than you need so the rest may be shared
