A Dewey morning and new soups
My morning started around 7 am, I had helped my mom do laundry, which took about two hours. Which left my breakfast and routine to fall a bit short, I had a water and gala apple (assumed it was far from green, farther from a deep red) for breakfast. As for lunch, I had a turkey sandwich, three slices of turkey meat resting between two slices of wheat bread, tomato, lettuce, and mustard. as for my in-betweens, my stomach filled off to a cracker sized cheese slice, peanut butter crunch cliff bar, a small helping of grapes and watermelon. when it came to dinner I was confused on what I should have made, I knew I wanted a soup, therefore I made one. I call it turkey soup, spoiler leave out the turkey. 聽The soup was great if you forget about the turkey. it was joyous, I really think I'm going to lose my weight. If I keep having great food just half the calories. I felt like a true instafoodblooger or whatever they are. I drank nothing but water, which was hard I had coffee calling my name today. as for my emotions, I got a bit frustrated then proceeded to do some stress painting. Exercise was a no go, not gonna lie I was lazy and much rather do school work on my banana leaf print bed. No fear tomorrow is near and i will be doing some fitness. I also didn't weigh, myself, check list for tomorrow morning before I've eaten anteing (i am not the only one who does that). fingers crossed that my days get better I want to build a strong routine which is broken by none that includes you too pizza, my weakness.
Not so turkey soup recipe 2 cups vegetable broth 3 cups water one chicken bouillon cube 1/2 box thick small noodles ( i used fettuccine noodles, broken in half) 4 cups total of veggies veggies used .onions .celery .garlic .carrots turkey bacon or just anything turkey (it鈥檚 the risk you take) olive oil salt and pepper to taste garlic powder organon basil parsley recommended serving size two cups one cup broth one noodles and veggies
How to place olive oil in pot, let it get hot, then add your veggies, and leave them to soften. next, put your spices except you chicken bouillon cube. then pour your broth and water, add your bouillon cube, pasta, and anything else. let cook for fifteen through twenty minutes. cool and enjoy
