I’ll never forget the first time I saw Hydroponics in action at Disney World’s EPCOT! Living with the Land is a classic dark ride where are you board a boat and go on a journey of understanding the history of agriculture and possibly the future. It’s one of those original Disney rides that leaves you feeling inspired and wanting more! And that’s where my love of hydroponics began. I was obsessed! It’s been 20 years since I went on that boat ride and today I am hanging up a piece of artwork in my studio that reminds me of where I was first inspired with the idea that we didn’t have to grow our food in a garden outside and deal with bad weather, bugs, rodents and other critters constantly eating our food!
