I have an "oh shit" kit/ICE kit that I carry with me at all times. It's all stored in a Frozen 2 lunch box (get it? ICE?). In there I keep bandaids, emergency energy-rich snacks (protein bars), pads, tampons, ibuprofen, some other painkillers and such one might need on the way blister plasters and peppermints. I strive to one day also carry a lighter, a Swiss army knife with a bottle opener at least, and perhaps some other such things in a neat kit in my bag.

"guy who carries a lighter" should be a legitimately recognized and honored role in society
