I love Vorpalshipping and Eeveelutions, so I thought - "Why not do both at the same time?"

Hahaha!

This is from a world where they're part-Pokémon, complete with Poké-powers that come packaged with being a certain Mon. Sorta like Pokémon Réburst... Actually, that's where this idea mainly came from. I'm not all that good with fashion design and all that kinda stuff though, at least in my opinion.

And that's it! It's annoyingly... a bit too lacking overall, but I just like the whole concept! Might write an actual fic based on it someday, who knows!

Although if more people shipped Vorpal online, I might be able to motivate myself to make and post more here...

Nonetheless! Even if I have to, I'll sail this ship all by myself, and I hope the few people who like it too can appreciate what I do here.

does the anime effect your headcanons? what about the spin off games? do you like to ignore them, take everything, or a mix of both?

I'd say I use a bit of everything in my blogs. I actually take a lot of inspiration from the anime and Colosseum. I like the tone of the anime, and it set the standard for this blog. I just kinda imagined what those world-saving kids would be like as an adult. Some of the side-games are flat-out cool.

Another thing I use are the Pokemon mangas, specifically Pokemon Special (Pokemon Adventures in the states) and bits of ReBURST. Fun fact: Jesse was actually a bit inspired by Blake from PokeSpe! I'm not quiiiite happy with how that panned out, but it'll get fixed later. Probably.

That's actually sort of what's going on in the blog right now. You can think of Gliss as the manga counterpart to Jesse. Jesse has high stakes, but they're generally more goofy and make it out of things okay. Gliss is more serious, I'd say.

Y’all ever read Pokemon ReBURST?  It’s some obscure manga series from Gen V where characters fused with Pokemon to use their abilities in a more straight-forward shonen fight.  I only read like 3 chapters but the idea of fusing with Pokemon has always seemed super cool to me.

Hence Yukishiro Akira, Frau Platin, fused with Giratina, mascot for Pokemon Platinum.  Took a mix of inspiration from both of Giratina’s forms for this, and then thought it’d be fun to draw her in the Distortion World...*hand throbs* it was not.

Lowkey want to do a Groudon Burst Mei Fan too but idk
