Here reminiscing about my humble beginnings and how far I've come. I remember being so afraid yet excited to release my first album. "How are they going to like it?" "Am I good enough?" "Should I stick to what I went to college for?" "Will the church receive me?" "Will the un-churched want to hear this?" "Can I move beyond the walls of the church?" "What was I thinking, ME an artist?" "Can I encourage anyone when I'm not encouraged myself?" "Should I stop being so vulnerable?"... All of these questions and more went through my mind as I worked hard to sabotage it. BUT GOD!!!! So many people, so many lives, so many well wishes later; I KNOW I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.
