Howdyado gals, bros, and nonbinary hoes, I have an exciting announcement to make:

This Saturday (December 10th) I will be doing a 24 hour Thankmas 2022 livestream, and I'll be joined by some lovely friends of mine throughout the stream.

I have a donation link in my panels on Twitch that will take you directly to the charity donation website, this charity is for the World Central Kitchen! Now, the goal is set to $500 which I admit is pretty low, but I am a small streamer so I want to have something I know can be reachable, but I'll be more than happy if we overshoot the goal, that'd be amazing.

Now you might be asking yourself, why is Void going absolutely insane and planning to do this for twenty-fucking-four hours? Well, this is the first charity event livestream I've ever done, and I want to make it special for everyone involved.

So, with that, I'd like to invite you all to pop in sometime and partake in this event of giving this Saturday starting at 12am and ending at 12am Sunday EST. I hope to see some of you there, even if it's just to lurk.

Master post of art is finished, I have some art I've done but I won't post them here because I do like to keep some of my art for myself and my friends (nothing nsfw, just like having some exclusivity, makes posting art online not as stressful for my anxiety brain)

Tbh I posted them in a not very organized way, a few of them you'll see old art posted after more recent so I'm sorry lol, it's as chaotic of a mess as my brain.

Anyways, I do want to try and post more than just memes here, and stream more too, but hopefully my brain will allow me. I tend to find it hard to really post here nowadays, not because of anyone but my drive for posting art on social media other than discord in general is at an all time low these past couple years, guess I spent most of my energy on that as a kid and burned myself out.

Spoilers for Glitchtale Episode 8 "Animosity"

I will be putting this under the cut! If you have not yet watched it, please do so! It was a very well done episode and I applaud Cami on the amazing work!

Okay, so this post is to explain how Sans’s death fits right where it is. I’ve heard people say that it was random or didn’t make sense, well I may have an explanation! This will be derived from what we know in game, from season 1, and from parts of season 2, and also parts of my own interpretation on it. (Cami if you do somehow happen to see this please feel free to correct me on anything I’m wrong about!)

Sans’s death was perfect right where it was, as mentioned a couple episodes back by Gaster, From injecting the DT mixed with Undyne’s DNA into Sans’s body when he was asleep, It caused the timeframe in which Sans would die to be longer, not only this but he would be awake to experience his death in full. Now, the reason it happened quicker than we had anticipated goes back to the game’s logic: Monsters are made almost entirely of magic! Monsters in the “Fallen Down” state lack the needed amount of magic in their bodies to function, so naturally, determination would give them a power boost of sorts/a strong will to live... despite not being so compatible with it.

With this in mind, he died quicker because he used too much magic at one time... He basically burned through his temporary boost, and sped up the process of his death by using his true special attack. In season one, he told Flowey he hardly ever used it because it uses up a lot of his magic and makes him tired... Thus what happened in this latest episode.

This is where we get into my interpretation: 

Why Sans could summon the special attack twice. If using it drained so much of his magic, why could he summon it twice and not die after the first time? Well! He didn’t get to use it the first time, so the only magic wasted was the magic used to summon it, but Bete Noire used Rhabdophobia to take control of his attack, ultimately severing his link to it, meaning instead of it using his magic, it used fear’s power. Which I think is why when he summoned it the second time and used it, is how he actually fully exhausted his magic and died then and there.

Also unrelated but: The fact that Gaster never used the purple part of his Chroma Magic for the reason that his sons bear his magic, and his power isn’t what it once was so it inflicted pain on Paps and himself is absolutely brilliant and Cami, I love this take on Gaster! And god was him finally fully snapping a truly brilliant scene and I loved everything about it, thank you so much for making such a beautiful animation, and I hope you’re enjoying that well deserved break!
