So the recent chapter of Already Gone was amazing beyond words. The flashback, the fall, the fight!! Everything was just perfect and heartbreaking!! I can't ansnsnamjsks!!

Here's a gif to better represent my state of mind after reading the chapter -

Now the ring ,or more specifically the stone,caught my attention.

So I went did some research -

I had to mention this because I loved this lil detail! 💕

all of that is true, and the only thing i have to add is the greek symbolism which says: Traditionally opal has been known as a stone of foresight with the Greeks believing that it provided the gift of insight

A bard who makes rave music. As opposed to playing something like a violin, flute, etc

The spells and attacks would be insanely fast and rapid fire, given how upbeat a lot of rave music is

If you get into a fight or confrontation with them, good luck dodging the entire barrage of spells and attacks that are coming your way

"To us?" Chris asks.

Leon laughs slightly, clinks their glasses together. "Sure, why not."

Chris is buttoned up in another suit he hates at another event he can't stand being at, but knowing that Leon was going to be here definitely changed his tune. The man is all casual attraction, ease and languor with one hand in his pocket as they both take sips of the champagne. It's not his favorite drink, not Leon's either, but, hey, when in Rome--

"When the hell are they going to put the food out?" Chris grumbles, and Leon chuckles slightly, clears his throat. "You'd think they'd at least do hors d'oeurves."

Leon doesn't answer, staring off across the ballroom with a slightly furrowed brow. He clears his throat again, glances at his drink. Then he looks at Chris's, and Chris has the sudden punch-shock realization that they're different colors right about the time that Leon coughs, drops his glass, shakily touches his throat.

"Leon?" he asks.

He sets his glass on the table behind him, barely hearing it fall and shatter from losing its balance on the edge. He's too busy grasping at Leon's shoulders as the man's face goes red, strained. He's wheezing, horrific, painful sounds; he grasps desperately at the lapel of Chris's jacket and then his legs give out, Chris catching him as the man's eyes roll up in his head.

"Leon! Leon, wake up--"

The lights go out. A spotlight clicks on to highlight a well-dressed woman on the stage at the front of the room. She smiles, eyes glittering cruelly, and says, "Welcome my most valued guests. Isn't tonight a beautiful night to die?"

there's something about the way the words sound coming from mj, or maybe it's the way he looks so pretty underneath takeshi that really does it, hands grasping at his hips and guiding him juuuuuust right. and it feels too good -- feels like they were made for this, the way their bodies slot together fuckin' perfectly can't be a coincidence. takeshi's sure of it.

he's sure he's painting a pretty picture for mj, beads of sweat making his hair stick to his face, kiss swollen lips parted as he pants the other's name breathlessly. takeshi has a hand braced behind him on mj's thigh, fingers digging into the flesh and no doubt leaving little marks with every flex of his fingers. his other hand reaches up, pushing his hair out of eyes before trailing down down down -- and takeshi couldn't keep his eyes off of mj if he fuckin' tried.

❝ --god i fuckin' missed ya, yeon-in. ❞ the words are almost a whine as they make their way past takeshi's lips. s'good -- so fuckin' good, he never wants this to end -- could spend forever here in bed with mj. god -- what a fuckin' life that would be.

the words, nothing more than a groan against takeshi's lips -- mj just sounds so fuckin' cute when he's close. clings to takeshi hands moving and splaying out against his back, pulling takeshi in closer until their chests are pressed together and they're kissing again.
