~ Love adores your humor and charm! She thinks you’re just so cool! She’d like to learn a thing or two from you. Due to your attitude, you’re very popular in school. So she’s honored to be your friend.

~ Once she finds out you’re a thief, she’s obviously shocked. But she simply tries to get you to turn to the good side. But of course, you don’t comply. But nonetheless, you’re still her friend!

~ She doesn’t report you to the police. She just can’t bring herself to do so. I mean, you’re her friend. But still, she isn’t a fan of your “job”. She just cares about you too much to sell you out.

~ Love gets pretty annoyed whenever you steal her stuff. Especially since you’re so sneaky! And she knows she’s most likely never getting it back, even if she asks nicely. But at least you never steal anything more than pencils and food.

~ Whenever she hears about you on TV, she tenses up, and tries to change the channel. She’s really bad at acting normal about it, especially when there are others around. She always tries to change the subject when others bring you up, since she’s so scared of spilling the beans.

~ You and Miki have the same charm, so you were always bound to get along. You’re both popular with other students, and get love letters constantly. Before you, she never had anyone to relate to about those things. So she’s happy to be friends with you.

~ When she saw the thief on TV, she immediately knew it was you. It was hard not to. You had the same attitude, and the same cheeky smile. But even though she knew, she didn’t tell you until you told her.

~ While she doesn’t enjoy your “hobby”, she still remains friends with you. She treats you normally as well. Sometimes, she forgets that you’re a world famous thief.

~ When Miki sees you hiding from the police, she tells them where you are, knowing it’ll make you mad. She loves messing with you like this. It’s sort of payback for stealing her stuff.

~ Speaking on which, she really tries her best to hide her stuff from you. But of course, you always find it. At first, she just found it annoying. But that was until you stole some of her expensive jewelry. That made her really pissed. After that, she threatened to turn you in to the police if you did it again. And it seemed to work, because you not only never stole anything from her again, but she later found her jewelry back in its place.

~ Being pretty much your opposite, Inori sometimes has trouble keeping up with you. She’s so shy and soft spoken, and you’re so social and loud. But nonetheless, she enjoys being your friend.

~ When she figures out you’re a thief, she feels so conflicted. The Christian in her wants to do the right thing, and tell the police. But the friend in her wants to keep quiet. Due to her shyness, she ends up keeping quiet.

~ She can’t quite see you the same afterwards. But still, she cares for you. She finds herself forgetting about you being a thief at times, until being reminded.

~ Inori can’t help but feel a pit of guilt and shame in her stomach every time you’re talked about by the police, the news or anything of the sort. She knows she could be helping, but she cares too much about you.

~ Every time you “borrow” something from her, she tries scolding you. But she always falls victim to your charm; leaving you with a “Just don’t do it again”. But of course you will. And she knows it.

~ Setsuna enjoys your company a lot. She likes your charm and humor, and views you as one of the coolest people she knows. In fact, she sort of wishes to be a bit more like you.

~ When finding out you’re a world famous thief, she can’t help but be impressed. She knows she shouldn’t, but it takes a lot of courage and skill to do what you do. So it’s safe to say that she views you as even cooler after that.

~ She used to be on the bad side herself. But she was much badder, actually trying to harm the world. So she doesn’t think that your actions are nearly as bad. Besides, you take from the rich, not the poor. And in some instances, you end up saving the world in some way. So she often thinks to herself: “How bad can (name) really be?”

~ In the very back of her mind, there’s a wish that Setsuna has. And it’s to one day accompany you on one of your little “adventures”. She obviously doesn’t want to steal, but the action sounds fun to her. Though, she’d never admit that to you or anyone.

~ She can’t help but smirk a bit when you’re featured in the news. It’s funny to her how you’re known pretty much all over the world, but in town, no one knows you’re a thief. She nearly chuckles every time the police walk right past you while in search of you. But she vowed long ago not to reveal your identity, so that’s what she’s gonna do.

Love understands what sarcasm is. Though, she doesn’t participate in it. She doesn’t always pick up on it either. She relies heavily on the tone of your voice to determine if you’re being sarcastic or not. So if your tone isn’t obviously in a joking manner, she can’t tell very well.

That often leads to many misunderstandings. You’ll say something completely incorrect, and she’ll think you’re being genuine. She raises her voice in shock, asking how on Earth you think that way. Of course, she’s very relieved when she learns that you weren’t being serious. But she was really worried for moment there!

“Hey (name)! Did you get all your homework done?” Love asked, to strike up s conversation.

“No, I didn’t.” You joked. Though you didn’t think to alter your tone. You realized your mistake when Love gave you a worried expression.

“(name)! You had a whole week to do it! Why didn’t you?” She scolded a bit sadly, worried the effect it would have on your education.

“I was joking!” You quickly reassured her, waving your hands frantically to stop her from continuing. You reached into your bag, pulling out your homework as proof.

“Oh.” She stopped, immediately taking her voice down. “Sorry. I couldn’t tell.”

Miki always sees through sarcasm. So you never end up confusing her. Though, she doesn’t always appreciate your attitude. Especially in serious situations, or when you’ve already been laying it on thick. It just annoys her.

She’s always the one to correct others who aren’t good at identifying sarcasm themselves. This is another reason she doesn’t always like it. She constantly has to pause conversations to reassure others that you’re not serious.

“Hey (name), can you go get me some water?” Love asked. She was currently occupied with brushing Tarte.

“No.” You said, getting up and leaving the room.

“Oh. Okay…”

“They’re being sarcastic. They’re going to get it for you now.” Miki explained while she checked herself out in her compact mirror.

“Oh, haha!”

A few moments later, you returned with an ice cold glass in hand. “Thanks!” Love said, setting down the brush to take it.

“You know, you should really tone down the sarcasm (name).” Miki suggested, fiddling with her long, perfect hair. “Some people just don’t pick it up.”

“Well, you do.”

“Of course I do. I’m perfect.” She gestured to herself.

You, Love and Tarte all rolled your eyes at her catchphrase. Though, it wasn’t like she was completely incorrect.

Inori doesn’t understand sarcasm one bit. She’s bad at reading tones, and doesn’t get why someone would say something they don’t mean for no reason. While she knows to expect sarcasm from you, she still fails to realize it.

She always has to be reassured that you’re not serious. She has at least 1 mini heart attack every day, simply because she believes you’re being serious about something. Poor girl really needs to learn how to read tones.

“Here’s Lucky. He’s a squirmy dog, so be careful not to drop him.” Inori informed, handing you the small puppy. You were helping her trim his nails.

“No promises.” You joked. But she obviously didn’t get it. She gave you a concerned, wide-eyed look, and reached out her hands, preparing to take Lucky away.

“Chill, I was joking!” You held the puppy closer, not wanting the cute animal to be taken from you.

Inori let out a big sigh, her shoulders rising and falling as she did. “Thank goodness. I can never tell with you!”

“I don’t think it’s me that the problem. I think you’re just bad at sensing sarcasm.” You laughed.

“Yeah… I think you’re right…”

Back in her days as Eas, Setsuna was quite sarcastic herself. And while she doesn’t act like that anymore, she still understands and finds entertainment in it.

Usually, your words don’t phase her. She knows you’re joking. But she can’t help but laugh whenever someone is tricked by it. She does feel a bit bad that others can’t read sarcasm as well as she can, though.

“But pineapple on pizza is good!” Inori insisted. All you wanted was to order pizza. But that somehow turned into an argument about toppings.

Miki scrunched her nose is disgust. “No! Fruit does not belong on pizza!” She retorted.

“But tomato is a fruit!” Love chimed in.

Just wanting the fighting to end, you decided to say something to shut them up. “Please, pineapple on pizza isn’t that bad. I dip my pizza in milk.”

To your satisfaction, all three went silent. Love and Inori stared at you wide eyed, like you were mad. Miki just scowled. “I don’t appreciate your sarcasm right now, (name).”

Setsuna, who had been listening, burst out laughing. “I’m sorry! But your faces!”

Thankfully, everybody else started laughing too. That ended nicely. You really didn’t want the argument to continue any further.
