Note
Sad thing is the common thing that people hate Inohima for is that Inojin would weaken Himawari's genes and produce a weak Yamanaka child. A lot of that comes from Daemon and Himawari and Kawahima shippers. They see Inojin as unworthy, but Daemon or Kawaki are much better cause they're strong and "They'll make her pump out near God level babies"
They have no clue how this works.

Asahi Uzumaki
This little Shark Dork was just for an Omegaverse thing, but I wanted a little Narutoverse version, just to see what I’d come up with, and he just came out so adorable. And,yes,he has two different colored eyes. However, knowing myself,I started a background for Narutoverse Asahi. So,except more of him, probably.
Boruto is a single parent and who Asahi’s father is shouldn’t be hard to figure out. But,it’s Shizuma, because the Omegaverse thing. For this AU,Boruto is kidnapped and experimented on from the ages of 18 to 22,22 being when he’s finally pregnant with Asahi and saved from the lab by the Leaf.

Unacceptable ship list (pedophilic + incestual)
Stolen from @ace-shikamaru-quotes (with permission) Updated 11/16/2022 due to comments, please reread. Note: What you do on your own time does not concern me, but I don’t want you interacting with me. Even content of these on your own blog could be harmful because you never know who is looking. You could make someone think that because you think that this is okay, that their situation is okay, too. 45 and 35 are not the same thing as 12 and 22. 19 and 22 are not the same thing as 10 and 13. What consenting adults do is up to them, but do not bring children into this. Sincerely; someone who was the child in these scenarios. I’m sick of blocking pedo shippers who follow me. It’s mostly kakasaku shippers but there are a bunch of other gross ones. Shiita+other incest shippers are an issue as well. Here’s a list of unacceptable ships and their age differences. (If you see anyone shipping an unlisted pedophilic/incestual ship, tell me and I’ll edit my post.)

InoDei/ SakuDei: 3 year gap, 16 yr old + 19 yr old
ShikaTema: 3 year gap, 12 yr old + 15 yr old / 16 yr old + 19 yr old
(Note to all the shikatema fans: Adult shikatema is fine, but art/fanfic of the two before they were both adults is not great)
IwaDenki: We don’t yet know the ages, but Iwabe appears considerably older than Denki.

Lucky Charm(Future BoruSara)
Genre: Fluff/Humor
Genre: Humor, Slice of life, Fluff
Shiki/Ita, bits of future BoruSara, ShikaYodo and ShikaTema
Inspired by amazing artwork from anastasiapancake. Go, check her page out. Ita and Shiki are anastasiapancake and kairi-chan’s OCs.
The story is written with  anastasiapancake.
Beta read by kairi-chan. Thank you!
This is in the same A.U. of the one-shot I wrote - Trouble.
Summary: A girl gives a boy a lucky charm. Trouble ensues.
Other O.C.’s - Raito(Boruto and Sarada’s daughter) and Inoue(InoHima's son)
Ita is 20 here, Shiki is 21.
The sun was setting down, the rays glistening through the lush greenery of the Nara forest. A man in his late sixties was leaning on the bark of a tree, head slumped down, eyes closed –  sleeping to his heart content, something he didn’t get to do in his household.
Too bad.
“Nara-san!” A young shinobi with black hair and blue eyes shouted, running up to him through the forest.
“Old man let out a sigh “…What a drag.”
“Nara-san-- finally! I’ve been looking everywhere for you,” said the young man, his chest going up and down with heavy breathing, brows furrowed like a child's.
“What now, Ita-kun?”
“Hokage-sama said that you have the scroll with my mission details,” He said, pointing at the scroll Shikamaru was holding in his left hand.
“Oh, so that’s what this scroll is for.” Shikamaru was curious as to why Sarada would have him sign the plan instead of his son, but this was certainly a question not meant for now. “Well, here you go,” Shikamaru placed the scroll onto Ita’s palm.
“Ita-kun!” His granddaughter’s voice came from the house.
“Oh, Shiki!“ Ita was cut off by a tight hand squeeze, the gesture getting her his undivided attention.
“Try not to be reckless, I don’t have time to come get you.” Shiki was panting, a wide smile making her eyes close. She recoiled her hand back to reach for her bag and shoved something small onto Ita’s face.
“Take this,” Shiki had a slight pink tint to her cheeks.
“What is that?” He said while looking harder at the green colored talisman with the Nara insignia engraved on it.
“Sensei took me to the old village, found it there. A good luck charm, I suppose.”
“Hehe, thanks. Never crossed my mind that you’d give me one.” Ita-kun said sheepishly, giving the most genuine smile.
“Just thought it looked cool.” She pursed her lips and shrugged before smiling again.
“Can't say it doesn't,” he laughed, “Thank you, I love it.” Ita took the hand holding the charm and slowly placed it over his heart. Their hands, now interlocked, molded onto his chest.
“I promise…” The gaze they shared lingered for a long time. “I will be back before you know it,” Ita-kun said with the brightest grin he could muster. Shiki felt her blood rush to her cheeks.
“Ahm… Shikari--“ Shikamaru got cut off again.
“Oh, Ojii-san… Mom said the dinner’s almost ready,” Shiki said sweeter than normal, “And, you, Ita-kun--” She stooped forward and added in a low voice, “You can let go of my hand now.”
"Never," he smiled cheekily.
Shiki gave a quick peck to his cheek. “Best of luck,” she whispered into his ear, giving the man a shiver, and set out back to the house, waving goodbye.
The two men were left behind to stand in awkward silence.
“So, what exactly is this thing?” Ita asked the old man with a hand over his pocket in an attempt for a small talk.
“Oh, it's an old talisman of the Nara clan. Brings good fortune, happy life for a young family, fertility, all that stuff young girls wished upon the father of their future child,” he stated dryly, his gaze off in the distance, as his hand searched his pockets for a lighter.
Meanwhile, he was missing the sight of the boy’s face first turning beet red, then blue, and then his jaw falling down till he could plow the land with it. “Are you- Are you saying that--”
When Shikamaru finally turned his head to face the boy, the youngling’s body looked ready to lose all connections to his soul. He stared around, looking for a reason for the sudden change in the boy's mood, and then it seemed to click. “--Yeah?” Now missing all colour, the shell of a man before him dispelled any doubts he had of the reason.
He smirked wildly.
“Oh, so you two-” Shikamaru started, bemused, but was cut off by messy blabbering.
“It-It's not… -I-I need to go for the mission, I’ll …talk to her when I come back. Have a good day.” Ita hurried off, his eyes bulging out from the shock.
“Maybe it was worth the trouble after all.” Shikamaru snickered to himself.
_____________
“Will you finish it?” Inoue pointed at a burger in front of his cousin, who kept sulking even though the mission went great and their favourite flavour made a surprise comeback.
No answer.
“Well, thanks for the treat in advance,” Inoue took the burger from Ita, more than contempt with him being not in the mood to eat.
“THIS IS NOT A JOKE, INOUE!”
The blonde brought his hands up in defense at the sudden outburst. Ita took his and Inoue’s share and stuffed both burgers into his mouth. He needed to get his mind straight, but thinking over it was just making it worse. So he tried to eat his way out - sadly, to no avail.
“Okay, now, first of all, you owe me a burger, and, second of all, are you trying to tell me that Shiki let you know she's pregnant by giving her a lucky charm…” Inoue looked at his cousin for an explanation but was only followed with a head nod. “Okay.”
Ita-kun looked at him with some hope that his social butterfly of a cousin will have a solution.
Inoue shrugged, “Can I be the godfather for the kid, please?”
Ita stormed off and went for the exit, paying no attention to his cousin's groans about payment. Maybe some more cool air would do him good.
“No? Okay, then I’ll ask Shiki. After all, she is the mother!” Inoue snicker to himself.
What drew him nuts the most was Shiki’s calmness. She looked so composed giving it to him, like it was nothing. Why would she break it to him this way? She was one of the bluntest people he knew.
They would have gotten married a long time ago if not for who exactly they were.
The elders would never let the daughter of the clan’s head leave the family just like that, and, despite her rebellious nature, it was one question she decided to avoid altogether. She included him in her dream of running off into the forest, and was more than enough.
On Ita’s side, no matter what the old man kept saying, everyone could see his grandfather still holding onto hope of the Uchiha clan restoration. That laid solely on Ita's shoulders.
But, his girlfriend may just have gotten her solution to all of that by taking him out of the equation.
Well, she could make a decision like that on her own, but he would not back down from staying with the woman he loves. He was ready to take that risk, whatever it would take.
_____________
Yodo took a sip of her tea and stared at her oblivious husband in his office chair, certainly too indulged in work to hear any of the things she said to him. With no change in her tone, she added, “Oh, and I heard Ita-kun say he thinks Shiki is pregnant.”
Shikadai, without looking up from his papers, chewed on the end of the pen before calmly answering, “Finally, good for them.”
A lively smirk graced her lips as she slammed a palm on his table, making her husband shake, “Shikadai, your daughter is pregnant.”
“Yes, I- Wait, WHAT?!” Shikadai jumped out of his chair, hands taking the support of the desk, eyes bulging out in shock.
Temari ran into the office, the bento in her hands swinging wildly. “Just what the hell was that for?”
“Uchiha knocked up my--”
His wife put her hand up, cutting him off. “Okay, stop here, I wouldn't be so sure about it. I think I would have heard its heartbeat if she was at a term when it can be diagnosed. And she would have told me, I think. I'm the one buying her pills.” Yodo put calmly.
“Okay, Ita-kun would not have thought of something like that out of the blue, so it must have been some outside source,” Shikadai tried to reason, with two fingers rubbing his chin.
“Why would anyone tell him something like that?” Temari said in an annoyed tone.
Suddenly the doors flew open, directing everyone’s gaze at two new walk-ins, “Shikadai! We heard something abo- oh- good. Everyone’s here,” Said the Hokage, leaning on the shoulder of her husband who was standing right beside her.
“Oye, Shikadai, are we gonna be grandparents of the same kid?” Boruto chirped with no regard to the magnitude of the situation, earning dreadful gazes from everyone present.
_____________
“Is something wrong?” The old man asked, weirded out by his granddaughter’s tense look, something telling him it had nothing to do with their current game of Shogi or her recent return from a prolonged solo mission.
The girl lowered the palm stroking her chin and let out an exasperated sigh, a bolt of chill sending a shiver through her body. “I sense incredible stupidity at play somewhere.”
_____________
He could not believe the ledges it took him to convince her to let him do the heavy lifting, reaching an agreement at her carrying two smaller bags. The streets behind her changed quickly as she nodded to the music. Ita looked at Shiki’s grin, the very grin she had when she was truly happy about something. This thought added more weight to his shoulders, making him even more nervous.
She noticed his fuming in the corner of her eye and she couldn’t help but grin wider, wondering what news might have gotten him so out of shape. Still, she couldn't help but get a little excited by the scope of preparation he had planned.
Asking to throw a dinner with their families at her place was… sudden, but not unwelcomed. With how busy everyone was lately, spending time with their closest relatives sounded like a good change of pace, even for just one evening. And getting everyone together on such a short notice was pretty much a talent of his.
Soon enough the familiar unworn beige fence came into view. A teen girl stood there, phone in hand, propping the wall like it was bound to fall.
“Hey, kid.” Shiki waved her hand, looking up at the younger girl to retain eye contact. “Sorry for pulling you out like that.”
“No worries, it was the cat-stuck-in-a-tree type of day anyway.” Raito shrugged.
As Shiki searched for her keys and tussled with the lock, Raito snickered at the tense expression on her brother's face.
For her age, Raito certainly knew her way around a kitchen, making her a more than welcomed guest at Shiki’s house.
Right off the bat, she made a shortcut for a certain drawer. Ita smirked knowingly, leisurely making his way to a cabinet next to the T.V. and taking out a jar of homemade kirimochi.
As Ita reached for a cake, his sister dashed in, followed by a loud crunch of her teeth where his hand was a moment ago, that made Shiki fear of what would have been if not for the reflexes of the Sharingan user. Yet, when he sluggishly handed her the cake and then the jar, the girls could not help but stare on at loss.
Ita went on to lay out the things from the bags on the table when Raito noticed a bright package. “What are those? Chocolates?” The teen held on to the box, stepping away from her brother's reach to scream out to the girl at the counter, “Shiki, he decided to poison you!”
Ita clutched her, finally being able to take the box from her hold. “Those are caramels!” Ita spat back.
“If after all those years he finally got my allergies, chocolates would make for poisoning everyone but me,”  Shiki explained nonchalantly while cutting the onions.
“Aww, so romantic,” Raito teased her brother again, getting the better of his miserable state.
When Ita left to get the table set, Shiki couldn't keep a question to herself anymore.
“Kid, did your brother finally make it to Jonin?”
“Eh?” Raito was visibly taken aback by the question. “I don't really know. Maybe?”
Shiki had a slight grin on her face. Sure his half-time job at the Hokage tower suited his social needs really well, but having him by her side on the kind of missions sensei took her to would have been nice.
_____________
Shiki loved Raito’s cooking - but as Raito’s recent promotion made for an even tighter schedule, even an energy-filled person like that girl had to switch to pre-prepared noodles, not talking about cooking for others - and this turned that dinner into an even bigger occasion.
Walking back and forth from the table to the kitchen, brunette didn’t miss an opportunity to dig into this and that, at that time pursing her lips and holding the bowl up to her chest.
“This is so good! Do I have to share?” she whined, making Raito smile and Ita's blood pressure rise.
_____________
By far the evening was going as smooth as butter, everyone enjoying themselves, making up for the time they missed due to their hard shinobi lifestyle. Boruto, Shikadai, and Sarada reminisced about their past missions, Yodo and Raito discussed the training princess of the Land of Wind was getting, and Shikamaru and Temari talked to their granddaughter, as Ita-kun kept silent, his gaze glued to his girlfriend.
“So, Shikari, umm, I think you have come of age and OUCH--” Shikamaru got cut off by a smack to his head.
“You don’t ask a girl about things like that so casually!” Temari spat at her lazy husband, making her granddaughter shudder. “Leave it! I’ll ask her.”
Her tone getting sweeter than normal, she asked, “So, Shikari, is there anyone special?”
Someone... special?
This took Shiki by surprise as she looked at Ita, who himself was startled by Temari’s question. Shikamaru on the sidelines looked for an exit - bracing himself from the immediate future.
There was an awkward silence among the four.
Ita stood up, the pressure making his feet shake. He took his wine glass and a fork and called for a toast, “Um, Shikamaru ojii-san, Temari oba-san, umm-- I am sorry in advance if you don’t approve, but I need to do this.”
Temari kept staring at the Uchiha casually, while Shikamaru hit his face with the palm of his hand out of utter fear of what might entail in the nearest future.
“Shiki, would you, please?” Ita prompted Shiki to get up by offering her a hand.
She was already uncomfortable with everyone giving her concerned gazes, and to top it all off - he kept staring at her. But, putting the last strings of her trust in his right mind, she slowly got up, fearing that it was not what she thought it was.
Sarada held on to Boruto’s hand so tightly that it made his face lose colour. Yodo and Raito smirked under the tension that Shikadai was giving off - as his daughter might be leaving him for good.
Ita got on one knee, took out a ring from his pocket and placed it in front of Shiki, his blue eyes meeting her green ones.
“Since even before the academy, you've been my best friend, we fought side by side and broke bread, and our friendship has always been something more than that.” Ita said, his gaze not leaving her dread-filled eyes.
“We have made some great memories over the years, some - not so much, but all of them worth it and too precious to describe with words,” Ita took a big gulf before continuing, “I always used to wonder who would be that girl for whom I will bend the knee. Looking back 10 years from now, I would have not known the answer to that question, but right now, right at this moment,” Ita’s voice cracked as he swallowed a big lump down his throat to the sound of whistling, that came abrupt as the Hokage hit her daughter up the head, “Shikari Nara, will you--,”
“Ita--” her voice broke off.
She took in a sharp breath, her head shaking on its own, and mouthed softly, her eyes filling with tears. “Don't do that, please. Ita, we talked about it. You didn't want this, I didn't want this.”
Young man's head fell forward, long fringe shadowing his eyes. “...This is a no, then. So you do want the child to have no father.”
The woman in front of him kept shaking her head while smudging her tears with her wrists. “What the hell are you talking about?”
“The lucky charm, that talisman.”
“What about it?”
The realization hit him, right in the guts. Hard.
“T-that lucky charm… it did not mean that you were pregnant… did it?” Ita covered his face and started to break down in a nervous laughter.
“Eh…. I gave you a cool rock, and you thought of that of all things?” Shiki was petrified, face red with tears streaming down. She was filled with frustration and concern - concern for Ita, and her, and their relationship. “Which one of your romance novels did you get that from?”
“Nara-san,” Ita looked up straight at the Nara clans former head, ”You said this lucky charm is given by the Nara women to their child’s father for good luck, didn’t you?” Ita deadpanned, his head ready to burst.
“Wha- what charm?” The old man asked, making the boy fall over to sit on the ground, slowly but steadily losing track of reality. “Aah, wait, I think I remember… The- the wording might have been a little bit unfortunate…” Shikamaru was wearing an apologetic face, but he was more scared of what might come. Temari’s black aura was oozing. “ ‘A little bit’, huh.” With her gaze, she dared her husband to say one more word. A lifetime of marriage made it clear to her that despite being known as the best tactician of the Land of Fire, her husband was an idiot when it came to human feelings.
Silence laid heavily upon them, seconds stretched into minutes, as everyone exchanged awkward glances.
“So,” Boruto stood up and announced, trying hard to relieve the tension. That proved to be tough with his wife's angry stare begging him to sit down and shut it. “Y’all look like you plan to let the food run stale, you know!”
The emptiness of green eyes as she stared him down and the blank expression on her face made Ita's blood run still in his veins. It was then that she finally turned to the table and said in a low voice, reaching over,  “If no one is taking the crab salad, I am so eating all of that.” Shiki took the bowl and started filling her plate.
“I think this calls for something sour and dry,” Yodo said, picking a bottle of champagne from underneath the table. Boruto gestured her to let him open it, the pop and fuzz slowly starting to fill up the silence.
The girl extended her hand to him. “So, are you standing up, or what?”
He sat up and watched the fog turn to watery depths as everyone else came to their senses.
Their fathers seemingly exchanged their usual banter. Shikamaru and Raito were whispering something back and forth, earning the old man another smack from Temari.
“I thought you’d have at least talked to me about it first!” Sarada said compassionately, trying hard to hide her frustration.
Yodo brushed his hand lightly. “Ita, honey. It's okay. Something like this takes a lot of guts, and we're proud of you, just. Try to be more mindful next time.” Shikadai nodded in agreement, but his expression said otherwise, sending a shiver down Ita’s spine.
He stretched a smile to his best ability at the moment, his gaze not being able to miss the girl beside him drowning into her chair and digging greedily into the bowl of salad.
After that, the whole evening went into forced laughs and weird, but much-needed jokes from Boruto. First Shikamaru and Temari left early. Boruto and Sarada later left too as they both had to work to do - at least that was their excuse.
It was close to 1 in the morning when Shikadai and Yodo decided it was enough for the day, taking Raito out with them, as Ita and Shiki kept entering and exiting the scene in turns at the guise of cleaning up.
“Ugh, I've been a witness to your father proposing to your mother some half a dozen times.” Yodo said to Raito while putting on her boots, her husband turning to add, “Me? At least a dozen. They still got it strong, though.”
“Really? Maybe it wouldn’t be a long shot to say that me and Mitsuki-kun have it strong too, then.” Raito said with dreamy eyes, two adults shaking at the usual sentiment.
“I can't with this child, give me another one.” Yodo gestured at the pink-headed chunin and turned to her daughter standing in the doorway, “No offense.”
“It's okay, mom.”
Raito threw her hands around the older girl and gave her a light squeeze. “Sorry, my bro’s such a dumbass.”
“I guess this is my ninja way,” Shiki sighed, sharing a heartfelt laugh with her.
Shortly after the door lock clicked, she walked back into the living room and wiped the table one last time before propping herself up to sit on it. Her trouble was sulking on a couch, hunched over the phone in his hands, having changed his contacts for glasses, most probably to have something to fiddle with.
“Whew, I think we're done.” She wiped her brow and got taken aback by the man’s sudden sulked gaze.
“Hmmhm,” Ita whimpered, sinking more into the fluffy pillows.
“...with the table, I mean. You’ll get the dishes?” She asked, the request making Ita liven up a bit. Perhaps because they were few and far between, it never failed to make a certain pride grow within him.
“Yup! Already got those.” Ita soldiered up, his usual shine coming back to his eyes little by little.
Despite being happy to see him finally get out of it, she felt like she just needed to break it once and for all. Her hands clenched into fists. “You’ve only proposed to me because you thought I was pregnant.”
Ita's cheeks reddened as he snuggled even further into the pillows. “Because you said you didn’t want to rush into it.”
“And what made you think it would change my mind?” The comment made him look at her like she's grown an extra head.
To be fair, none of the people present at dinner tried to clear it up with her beforehand. That certainly made for a mind-blowing surprise, but in the long run, she couldn't blame him as much. All the preparation he's done and the lengths he took to make it comfortable for both of them made her heart skip a beat.
She knew she didn't have it in her to do that to him.
That’s when her lightly swinging leg met with the glass, making the bottles rattle gleefully. That sounded like a good plan. Both of them deserved this much.
A light tap on the top of his head and an extended hand took him out of his daze again.
“Wha-” Ita took it to be pulled out of the room and up the stairs. That's when he noticed a half-filled bottle of wine hanging in her other hand.
She led him all the way to the roof, getting too close to its edge for his comfort, and sat down on the cold cemented railing, urging him to join. Before them laid out the entirety of Konoha’s bustling nightlife, rapid heavy rails, skyscrapers framing the vale and the iconic residence of the Hokage.
The wine bottle rested in the little space between them. He took a gulp, hoping to drown the lump in his throat to be able to speak again, and looked off into the empty sky illuminated by electric lights. A gaze studying his pained features felt heavy. He handed the bottle back to her, his eyes staying on his mother’s stone face. The girl beside him took a big gulp, almost finishing it - seeking courage from it as much as he did. They kept at it until the bottle was finished - as they comforted themselves with the silence of the night.
“I think you'd make a good father.” The sudden words shocked him. Her cheeks were dusted with pink, her jaw tensed. She fidgeted her fingers subtly. “And a good husband, when the time comes. Whoever you choose, they should be one wicked lucky bastard. I know I am not.”
Her words sent daggers through his heart, and yet he would not dare to cut her off after the mess he has caused.
“You're the warmest, brightest person I know. You hate being alone, so when you asked me to be your girlfriend, I hoped I had it in me to help you grow more independent, to be okay with being on your own. I never expected this relationship to last as long as it did, you just, made it work so well. I would always be glad to take responsibility for both of us. You're just making so many people damn happy, hogging you to myself feels simply wrong.”
Ita kept looking at her green eyes clouded with tears, turned to the Hokage mountain. He slowly brought Shiki’s hand closer to him, getting her to look straight into his blue eyes, as he laid a small item onto her palm.
“Everything I’ve been doing so far has been to make you happy, as much as you make me. I don’t know what this lucky charm brings, but you're the only lucky charm I need. You're the one to have the keys to my heart, so no matter-” His sentence was cut off by a taste of wine sweetened by the lips so familiar to him. Her hands cupped his cheeks, now wet from her tears, the clank of the lucky charm hitting the roofing barely audible.
She slowly parted away, too early for his liking, and chuckled softly, “Sorry, but I had to stop you before you got all sappy.”
“Hey! You were saying all this sappy stuff yourself, and why did you say such things in first place?” Ita said with a tinge of annoyance. “You've been dating me for all this time!”
“Well, looks like you're stuck with me and my bad luck, then.”
He threw an arm around her and pulled her closer, her face fitting into the crook of his neck as perfectly as always.
It was then that vibration in his pocket shook them awake. He took his phone out to look at what should have been a very important message. And, looking through the text, he got reassured it was.
“Well, looks like you're stuck with me, too,” he smirked as he showed her the screen.
“Oh, that's troublesome.” She straightened up and stretched. “Off to the forest it is for me, then.”
This made Ita quirk an eyebrow. “For us!”
“Oye! Sasuke-teme” screamed out the former Hokage with his usual cheer. “Hm,” replied the Uchiha taking a bite from his ramen bowl. “Got news from home! I think we will have to add ‘great’ to our title as grandparents.” Said the blonde elder while looking through NinWitter.
BREAKING NEWS: Our beloved Ita-kun is off the market, rumours are he and the heiress of the Nara clan are having twins. Click below to see the two of them dancing together at the moon festival. IN OTHER NEWS: Uzumaki Hinata-sama breaks yet another record of eating noodles in the Land of Waves. Sasuke choked on his noodles for a second, took a sip of water to calm himself down, “Which one?” Asked the men, tense even after getting his composure. “Obviously Ita-kun, Raito-chan would never do that. After all, I taught her well.” Naruto's chest was swelling with pride at earning another point in this battle of ‘whose favorite grandchild will make them more proud’, as both carried on each clan’s name. So, these two idiots made a competition even out of this. “Your son obviously didn't look far for a student.” “Well, you were the one who taught him.” “I need to have a talk with that boy again. “ “Sasuke-kun! Naruto! Did you hear-” The retired pink haired Sanin entered into the premises. “Yeah, we heard, Sakura-chan… great grandparent sounds cool, doesn’t it?” “What are we gonna do with this boy, Sasuke-kun?” Sakura asked, ignoring the ‘not so important question’ from Naruto. “I’ll talk to him at our training about this,” said the head of the Uchiha clan, falling deep into his thoughts, “I don’t know why, but something doesn’t feel right. I want to hear it from him, and Shikari’s side too.” “Hold on to that thought, teme, Hinata-chan is back!” Naruto said, turning to greet his wife.
“Narut-” Hinata was cut by a hug from her husband. “Hinata! We will have ‘great’ in our names, dattebayo!” Naruto said in excitement, swaying her around in joy, which soon would be crushed .
AN: Just a long one-shot to the collection. Please leave a comment and let me know ‘what did you think about the pair’. I just want to say it again that anastasiapancake made this whole piece possible. See you in the next one. :)
