Patate dolci in friggitrice ad aria

alaPersonalmente amo tantissimo la patata dolce o batata, l'altro giorno l'ho vista dal fruttivendolo e me ne è venuta voglia, voglia di provare a farla nella mia innsky.

Il risultato è venuto stra buono, è sicuro che li rifarò spesso, io ho usato solo olio, ma potete aggiungere anche le spezie per un sapore in più, io le amo semplici.

Ingredienti:

Patata dolce

1-2 cucchiai di olio

Procedimento:

Lavate e pulite la patata dolce, e tagliatela come più preferite, mettete le fette di patate in una ciotola e unite uno o due cucchiai di olio (se volete potete aggiungere le spezie), mischiate bene e adagiate le fette una a una sulla teglietta della innsky.

Impostate la innsky a 195 gradi per 15 minuti, a metà del tempo, girate le fette e continuate la cottura.

Appena pronte trasferite le patate dolci in una ciotola, e fate raffreddare.

Gustate come contorno o snack

N:B: io non ho aggiunto sale una volta cotte, perché mi piace sentire il tipico sapore dolce di queste patate.

Torta yogurt e cioccolato

Da quando ho la friggitrice ad aria mi sono appassionata non solo a cucinare, ma anche a fare i dolci che finalmente mi vengono bene....

Oggi torta allo yogurt e cioccolato, versione light, senza grassi e zucchero

Cosa vi servirà:

3 vasetti da 125 g l'uno di yogurt preferito

5-6 cucchiai di olio

4 cucchiai di eritritolo (oppure 120g di zucchero)

290 grammi di farina

una bustina di lievito per dolci

stampo da 18 cm

Procedimento:

In una ciotola unite yogurt + olio + eritritolo e mischiate fino a composto omogeneo

Aggiungete farina e lievito setacciati e mischiate fino a composto denso.

Aggiungete le gocce di cioccolato e mischiate

Versate nella teglia imburrata e infarinata (io uso lo staccante)

Infornate nella vostra Innsky a 140 gradi per 30 minuti

Se volete farla nel forno tradizionale 180 gradi per 40 minuti dopo averlo preriscaldato

N.B. dopo averla sfornata dalla innsky lasciatela riposare qualche minuto nella friggi poi sformate e fate raffreddare prima di tirarla fuori dalla teglia, non preoccupatevi se sotto è un pò bianca, è cmq cotta, è normale....
