Recipe : Quinoa salad OTG (On The Go) Quinoa salad is the easiest and the most healthy thing you can pack as your lunch. Easy and fast to make, this salad is for the go-getters who have a busy work schedule and want to stay active through-out the day. Thank you @sara_rana16 for curating this wonderful recipe. Recipe : 1. Take 1 cup of Agrophilia Quinoa and 2 cups of water, boil quinoa in water for 10-12 minutes until fluffy. Drain the excess water. 2. Now all u need is onion, cucumber, tomatoes, bell peppers,.. small dice them, prepare the dressing in a cup or small jar add -1 tbs lemon, honey, salt, black pepper, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, mix well) ( cheese/ cottage cheese optional ) 3. Now add boiled quinoa in a bowl, add all diced veggies, add the prepared dressing, ( add more salt and pepper if required ) 4. Mix all well, use a wooden spoon..!!
