Once again thinking about how the Master is a cat.

-Brings dead things (Cybermen) as a gift. Seems surprised when this gift isn't appreciated. Who doesn't want a dead bird human as a gift?!

-Affection demonstrated through biting/sneak attacks/general murder attempts.

-Even on the (admittedly pretty rare) occasion they attempt to be genuinely friendly/show affection, they forget how sharp their claws are and end up drawing blood anyway. (Source: my incredibly affectionate cat who loves to knead things to show she's happy and forgets that sharp claws plus bare leg is not a good combination)

-Also literally a cat when they got that cheetah virus that one time so...

#initially planned to pitch this as Missy is a cat but then realised it applies more generally #i know I'm not the first to say this #and i won't be the last #missy #the Master #best enemies #I'll probably add more later #but please if anyone has any additions I'm all ears #prompted by the h/c post about Missy in the vault losing her temper #which reminded me of a semi-domesticated feral cat who one moment is desperate for affection and the next tries to bite your hand off #thinking about the Master again. surprising precisely no one
