Day 13 - Obstacle:  Living with chronic pain for almost 2 years is quite difficult, so how do I find gratitude in chronic pain?  Well some days it is extremely hard and emotionally it can be quite taxing on me BUT I am reminded that with each obstacle there is a lesson.  While overcoming one obstacle another decided to join the chronic pain party so with each day I grateful to have more compassion, patience, gratitude, appreciation, faith, and hope through it. Day 30 - Love: I am grateful for the awareness of LOVE. Love is always present and around us not only in a physical or emotional way but through food, objects and nature. Stop and take a look around throughout the day and I am quite sure you will always find some LOVE nearby. Day 29 - Holiday: One of my favorite holidays is Christmas.
