It’s a lot of work. The average Instagram deal with a company is approx. 10 emails back and forth, sometimes lengthy contacts, and often these posts are being worked on months out from the content going live. ⁣ 2. I’ll never, ever partner with a company I don’t believe in. My rule is if I wouldn’t tell my mum to buy it, I’m not telling anyone else to buy it.⁣ 3. Not all “influencer” work is paid. Quite often, posts are in exchange for products. If I can help spread the word about a great product/company that I also get to enjoy at the same time, it’s a win-win if you ask me. ⁣ 4. This photo is what shooting content looks like sometimes. Nothing fancy. A phone and a tripod.⁣ 5. If you have a dream, go after it. If you have a brand you want to work with, don’t give up.
