Infinity Train posting again,thinking of a no-train AU where Ryan and Min still go their separate ways after the talent show but Min gets hit with burnout during his fourth year in college and starts spiraling over the fact that he spent his entire life preparing to be ''on time'' only to have to take longer than his peers to get all his credits. Through some shenanigans, he ends up joining a shitty band formed by some other ''troubled'' kids (Grace,Simon,and Kez) and with the experience he had from playing with Ryan he actually helps them sound good enough to play actual gigs. He realizes that he really did want to dedicate his life to music but is so pissed off at himself for not realizing it until his best friend is gone that he does a total 180 and goes from the smart,kinda quiet keyboard player to a bad boy punk vocalist. It keeps him and Grace,Simon,and Kez out of trouble and they get pretty popular in the indie scene.

Ryan meanwhile was too ashamed to go back and find Min when being a musician didn't work out so he quits and picks up a job at a record store. He's miserable but it keeps him from starving so he just lives through it. He has no clue what to do with his life now until he sees a flyer for a concert being held in an abandoned factory that is DEFINITELY breaking trespassing laws. Ever since quitting his own dream concerts have bummed him out so he tries not to notice it,at least until he sees a familiar face in dripping black mascara and ripped leather on the paper
