open to: m/f/anyone plot: Phelia's ex-boyfriend was a drug dealer & he was killed by some rival gang members but Phelia stumbled into the apartment all intoxicated & touched everything then freaked out & ran, she's been wanted for the murder ever since. Y/M needs information on said ex-boyfriend or the gang (or maybe something else entirely) but Phelia is being less than cooperative. idk hmu to plot if you want xx connection: cop/detective/p.i., gang member/leader, criminal, whatever works~

“Look, I’d really love to help you but,” Phelia started, sighing heavily and putting on her half-polite smile as she flashed it at the other, arms curling under her chest as she shifted and leaned back in the chair she’d been sat in for quite some time now. The woman was tired, they hadn’t even let her get a cup of coffee and she needed a god damn cigarette before she started getting irritated and violent. “– I just don’t know what you’re talking about. If it’s not too much to ask though, I’d like to get a cigarette and some fucking coffee.” Her brows arched slightly, challenging them to defy her and implying that the only way she would talk is if her demands were met, there was a saying for this sort of situation.
