Maternal: Gray Langoors (Semnopithecus) are a native to the Indian Subcontinent. This mother-offspring pair was shot in the forest of Pench, which is also a National Park and Tiger reserve, spreading through three states in Central India. What makes me particularly fond of this capture of mine is just the nature of its subject. I and @ujval37 were tracking some big cats striped and dotted, through these woods, just after a winter sunrise around christmas and chanced upon this scene. We spot a few langoors feeding spotted deer some fresh leaves from treetops and it was then that this sunbathing mother's infant woke. What followed was something that I never experienced witnessing. The baby jumped into the mother's lap for breakfast and soon as she started feeding her baby, the mother closed her eyes and slowly got lost in that sensation, as her baby suckled away. And time appeared as if it had frozen for I could feel no wind, hear no leaf or see no life but this.
