Have you ever stopped by a Village Road to take a look in the beauty of a pond covered in water Lilly ? Those flowers are beautiful, colored with white and blue hues . Many times I picked those to keep it in my flower vase . Shaplar vela bhaja or water Lilly stem fritters.. no we donā€™t eat the flower , we use only the stem part for deep frying or sauteĢing .
