I love how for this event, nu: carnival really said "we have guns now! There are guns in klein!" for the cool factor and then immediately followed it with "ok the guns are gone now! The guns have been taken away 🤗 by the guards! The guards have taken all the guns away from the black market they famously have very good control over! No more guns in klein! 🤗🤗"

#nu: carnival #honestly iconic #like listen i can respect a story deciding hey i want this just for funsies and tossing it afterwards #no fucks given for plausibility or anything #its the age old problem with adding time travel to a story: now theres *time travel* in it #so you either have to justify why the story happens as it does when time travel is confirmed to exist and could change it #or you just shove time travel in the closet and go whoops! one time thing! what a shame #the problem with adding guns to the story: now theres guns in it!#solution? take away the guns! its that easy #incredibly hilarious but ultimately respectable way to indulge in some whimsy and cool factor in the story #god imagine fucking klein if they had to deal with guns being present in the world from here out #especially considering their guns are hilariously overpowered #probably for the best the hand cannons got put on the top shelf like the black market was misbehaving toddlers
