(and beforehand i had quit using tiktok for like 7 months already and i wasn't that addicted to my phone but i still was consuming negative media) so, ofc, i stopped completely for a good month or so and only ever using youtube every now and then. buttttt, one of the first social media platforms i came back to first... was tumblr! it's actually so silly too because i only used tumblr like 4 times beforehand so i was quite new. but anyway anyway (im a yapper UGH) i really found that your posts had made me feel happy :) idk they kinda reminded me of myself before i went big bad that one time and it made me inspired to go back to how i used to be... u get me?? you're writing literally haunts my brain oh my lord it should be illegal to read your stuff because afterwards i literally have this crazy ass urge to read more and more and more. im lowkey an addict cause i be having my deadlynightshade withdrawals. the way you write is just so 😫 gosh, it's beautiful. i also love ur sillyness because like ME TOO. your random little posts are so me coded and i love it. A/N: THIS MIGHT BE KINDA SHITTY AT FIRST BECAUSE THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HEADCANON, BUT I ACCIDENTALLY MADE IT A WHOLE ASS FIC SO IM SORRY!!! I hope you enjoy it though, I had so much writing this lmao

Okay let's just say that Tord brought you in when he met you outside a bar. You were both smoking (unless you don't smoke-) and Tord was just- drunk I guess. He didn't realize how strong you were, like you seemed just like a normal weak looking person to him, and so, he started to tease you and talk you down. You became very mad and couldn't handle it anymore so you pinned him into the wall by the collar of his red hoodie, catching him off guard, and literally defenseless.

"Helvete! You're a strong one, didn't expect that." The Norwegian chuckled.

"What did you really expect? You're just like all the others in this damned town."

He smirked at you, you could tell there was something going on inside that tiny little brain of his. You gave him a look of confusion.

"Say, why don't you join my army? The red army. We could really use your help." He exclaimed, still holding that smirk.

"The red army? Whyy the hell would I join an army who've killed millions and trillions of innocent people?"

"Because I am powerful. Just by the look of you and your personality, I already know every little secret about you. My two most trusted soldiers could hunt you and your family down, so you better think twice about this."

"Who... Who the hell are you? Don't tell me you're..." You let go of his collar, stepping back a bit.

"My name is Tord. I am the red leader. Are you in, or not?"

"I..." You hesitated to think a bit longer about it, and quickly made up your mind. "Fine."

"Great! I'm looking forward in working with you, (y/n) (l/n)."

And now, you were finally working with a sketchy looking Norwegian guy you met at a bar. Hell, how did he even know your name? How nice. He is apparently the leader of the army, you thought it was a joke at first. You shrugged it off, as if it was completely normal. You didn't really have anything better to do, and if you were to die there, at least it wasn't anywhere else where you would just lay down and feel miserable. You didn't wanna panic and get killed right here and there.

Well anyways, a few days have passed after the incident. Tord- the red leader told you to meet up in an unknown location, and you were not allowed to bring anyone else or else you'd get killed. Guessing it was the base, when you finally arrived, and you were greeted by two tall men dressed in blue uniforms and red turtlenecks, holding a gun, keeping the base secured as much as possible just incase they get invaded or anything happens. You could see the certain man you met at the bar from the distance.

"Who's that, boss?" The one with the big eyebrows asked, keeping his guard up.

"It's our newest member. Show them around here and how this new 'job' works, but feel free to shoot them if they try anything funny. I'm going to my office, so do not mess around, got that?" He said strictly and started walking down the stairs to a secret room as the two brunettes lowered their guns, "Yes, sir."

"You heard him. If you do anything dumb, you won't make it out of here alive like the others." The one with the open jacket warned for the second time.

"The others?"

"Yeah, boss has been looking for plenty of new soldiers in the past few months to get this army going. Sadly, they all just start to panic once they've seen the whole thing, so we have no other choice but to be execute them before they go off to tell someone else about this. Anyways, the name is Paul, and this is Patryk. You'll be working with us for as long as you're alive, newbie"

"It's (y/n). (Y/n) (l/n)"

".....(Y/n). Let's show you around and tell you how this place works." Paul exclaimed seriously as he huffed out a cloud of smoke from his cigarette.

Btw all this is like, almost not canon because we barely, if ever, got to see anything behind the red army and shit so this is just a headcanon.

You noticed how there was so little members of the army, you understood why they were in need for more. But you were confused. Why you? Do they just except any kind of people? I mean, this whole army is dedicated to possibly take over the world one day, and therefore they need well trained and strong members. You didn't wanna get your head blown up either, so you just kept your mouth shut.

"Good job, you've managed to keep your mouth shut and actually listen to what we've been saying!" Patryk congratulated you sarcastically as if anyone else weren't able to. You couldn't blame them though, a secret army that's meant to commit world domination somehow? That is pretty sick.

"Thank you?" You said, trying to move your arms a little, but forgot they have tied your wrists together just incase you'd try to run away. How uncomfortable and unnecessary is that?

"So now to the fun part. It's time to test your fighting skills. There's a training lounge just by the corner. You're not allowed to use any of our weapons yet though, unless you do pass the test. First off, you'll be fighting Pat. If you make it through him, then we'll switch to me. And if you're lucky enough to survive that, you'll fight both of us, understand?"

"I'm just an ordinary person here in England who just happens to be lucky with my strength. There's no way in hell I'm able to win against you."

"Boss picked you for a reason. You might think you're not good enough in being a member here, but trust me, there's a lot more to it once you try. Boss just doesn't pick a random person on the street, you know?" Odd way to encourage someone, but you'll take it. You three finally arrived to the big lounge, no one seemed to be there. Pat was preparing himself and took off his blue coat as Paul pulled up a dagger to free you from the rope around your wrist. You sighed in relief, your hands are finally able to breathe.

"Hey, newbie, think fast!" Patryk threw a bunch of weapons and a gun towards you. You screamed in fear and quickly hovered your arms in front of your head and face to defend yourself until you felt wind blow before you. You looked up in confusion, wondering why the weapons haven't killed you yet.

"Pat. Next time just hand them over and try not get ourselves killed by the red leader." You smelled the same huff of smoke, which immediately made you realize Paul caught the blades and guns before they could get to you first. "Here, sorry about him. He can get a bit reckless sometimes." He handed you the weapons. You looked at him with aw, you could feel your cheeks heating up. You immediately came back to your senses and shook your head and grabbed the weapons.

"But- I don't know how to use them!" You protested as Paul lit his cigarette and stepped back to watch. "Trust me, you'll figure it out." You sighed and positioned yourself as you prayed to not die just yet.

'Alright (y/n). You can do this.'

waiting all day for your "dad" to come home wasnt fun, especially considering the fact that he only had random books on crime rates and how its impacted different cities. however, eventually it became the only thing you were able to read.

not being able to watch tv, not being able to talk to anyone else started to get on your nerves. you were usually just fine without any human contact, so you dont know what the difference is, but maybe it's just that you actually had something to do.

and although they were boring, the non fiction books were more entertaining then the doorstopper on Eddie's door, so what was the harm in reading them?

each day, when venom and eddie left for their "work", you would pick out a new book to read. the ones that were shorter you usually got through in a day, but there were some where it took you a couple of days. however, since you really didn't have much to do, eventually when the days went around, there were no more books you had yet to read.

all of them, had been read through in, what, a month? how long had you been there? you didnt know. you just decided to reread the first one you picked out.

however, you eventually finished that one as well.

so you picked out the second book you had chosen. and you got through that one too.

you were starting to go crazy from the boredom. venom and eddie kept on promising that they would back sooner, and that you wouldnt have to be re-reading the books they had for a while.

but that didnt happen. sure, they had days off. but somehow that was even worse, since they coddled you and treated you like you were 5. which you werent.

one day, they picked up a new book. this one was also non fiction, and it was about how most criminals work, from gangs to serial killers, it had everything.

but eddie had to read it first. he had to read it for his job. the job that he cared oh so much about.

you weren't getting jealous, no. this guy had taken you right off the streets, had taken you from your home, while not perfect, was still your home. you havent seen your parents, you havent seen your friends, and it was starting to become insane for you to handle.

so one day, eddie had told you that something was up in the city. he didnt specify what, he just said that he might be a little later then usual. you're late every day, you wanted to say but you bit your tongue so he wouldnt stay with you.

you needed him to be gone, especially for your plan. you had managed to sneak a peak at eddies computer, only to see that only 2 months had passed since you've last seen anyone who you recognized.

there still might be people looking for you. there still might be people who are trying to find you.

you might as well make their search easier by walking down the street.

jumping from a broken window and onto a fire escape was part of the plan, you had told yourself. climbing down the fire escape and running in a random direction hoping for anyone to recognize you was part of the plan. almost running into a strange ginger haired man who seemed to be confused by your presence was part of the- no, no it wasn't.

you fell right on your ass, and tried to hide a short hiss when you braced yourself with your palms. you brought up one hand and saw that it was scraped.

you looked up to the man in question, who was just staring at you. he didnt seem angry, he didnt seem to recognize you, but it was just this face of confusion.

you were the first to break the silence, saying "I'm sorry, I wasnt looking where I was-"

"do you happen to know eddie brock?"

you stared up at him, wide eyed, as his face started to form into a more understanding face. like he was putting pieces into a puzzle.

"you know, that symbiote of his always leaves their damn scent everywhere, doesnt he?"

you said nothing as he offered his hand with a weird smile on his face.

"oh dont worry, I know what he did. he took you, didnt he? took you right of the street. I was wondering who that was, and I'm so glad I get to meet you."

hesitantly you took his hand and he pulled you up- up over his shoulder.

hanging down, and feeling the blood rush to your head, you saw his feet- no, his body start to morph into something else. something red, with black lines over it. it seemed to incase his entire body.

"I know you dont know me very well, but I'm sure I'm gonna be a good father!"

and as he jumped off the ground and started to swing wherever he was taking you, you started to wonder what wouldve happened if you had just decided to reread the books on eddies shelf.

I never actually worked with any of them lol so it doesn’t really matter to me I’m just focusing on my game. Glad that they’re fired up though. My final alliance being with Aimee and Pedro is not what I expected but it’s where I am! Can’t dwell. I’m here! I outlasted everyone who has been voted out to this point. That is significant!

Cody must of had one of the pieces of the super idol and gave it to one of the Hanuha left after he won immunity. Wanna know how I know? Sarah is his final two. Najwah is his final two as well. They wouldn’t split it between the two girls, they’d both split it with Cody. But since he is immune he gave part to the girls to share this vote. Then one of them voted Olivia incase Maddison player an idol and Olivia would’ve went home with one. That’s also why they slipped up in the call beforehand saying put one vote on Olivia but couldn’t explain why. Hahah yeah oopsie. Why am I not allowed to be upset that they never told me about it and am an obvious top 4/5 and not 3. Lol it could of been me going home since old Hanuha had no idea who Olivia or Maddison were voting and it could’ve been me. And they would’ve just went oh well we have Pedro we don’t need her next vote. This just further proved there is no wiggle room with old Hanuha and I’m at the bottom of a final 4. This further proves I am not final 2 with any of them, or even 3. They also don’t have to constantly adapt like me or the others had to they can just sit and play all the way to final 3. Every time I lose my closest ally I had to go make another one. And I did, and it was with relationships that I already had established and was personable with. I like all of these people so me playing relationships vs strategy can work at the same time. What would they do if they lost one of their 3? They don’t try to connect with others so how would they adapt? It’s a question I’d really want the jury to ask. Cody apparently told Pedro his only path to the final 3 is with Sarah. So...well....there’s that...and I’m also not in that. Everyone’s talking about oh this is for fun and relationship making and that they don’t care about winning but everything they have done has been calculated and strategic. If we all are truly just playing for fun and making relationships why aren’t they talking to others outside of their group and trying to make friends? Why did they not make much effort to bond with me except days and days after the merge??? All I see is red flags and still even now more little lies here and there that are strategic and calculated. I shouldn’t have been feeling this way or even think about flipping if they were truly handling this right with me. Why did they never just replace me with Zack in the final four chat they had after he left? We all bonded over it and it was the perfect time for us four to come together even strategically. It wasn’t a true reset like I thought, they just sat in their group still and ran with it. They’re truly lucky with their advantages and the super idol or it would’ve cost them. We all know about their group...they could have done that instead of listening to Zacks paranoia about me. I chose Maddison over Sarah at this vote. I have a great connection with both of them and we will both be friends after this. I actually want to play this game like it is Survivor and a Sarah blindside would of made a great resume builder for the end. 

Especially after the Ben blindside and all this stuff I was hearing from Pedro she was saying in order to ensure his vote like a final 3 and that Najwah is a threat and she was coming for her. Like I wanted to protect Najwah too if that was true. Also Sarah lied to Maddison and told her I was on board with the Ben vote and that I was going to vote that way too. And then they all just collectively dropped the girls after the Ben vote and stopped even trying to talk to them. Sarah is a great player and even won touchy subjects for who’s gonna win it in the end. 

I’m glad Sarah and I got to talk about this after the vote. She understands, got a good laugh out of it and we talked about the things her and Pedro have been talking about. Pedro was hearing from Cody that Old Hanuha was voting Maddison. Isn’t it SUSPICIOUS that Pedro hears the vote plan before I do!? And then they act like it’s up in the air for me and that it could be Olivia or Maddison. No it was always Maddison they just gave me a false choice but would’ve never let me sway it off her. Lol Pedro straight up told me no they’re doing Maddison. I’m so happy Pedro and I have put our differences aside after the Grae vote. It really is kill or be killed out here. I have been talking to Pedro since we were first able to. We call ourselves Team Tumblr! So far him and I are the only tumblr survivor people on here at final 6. He has a great sense of humor and just an all around cool guy 💅🏻💜💫☀️And of course anyone that loves Michele as much as I do is top person in my book. We made a pact to never vote for each other before this vote even happened. Everyone else had their little duos and trios and here we were in the middle. Without him these last few days I would’ve went crazy. It’s funny how people try to put morals and this and that on him and think he’s a villain but he’s misunderstood just like anyone here could be. You don’t know who the villain is until you watch back at the end. ALSO WHERE THE NUT IS MY CONDOLENCES ON MADDISON GETTING VOTED OUT?! Why am I always the one crying and apologizing and having to defend myself but I’m the one always blindsided. I'm always so delayed when it comes to confessions. So last night was a bit crazy. Aimee flipped bc Pedro told her that Sarah wanted me out. Either she's talking BS or she's gullible. I know a smart move would have been to keep my superidol and play it when I really needed it at the top 6 or top 5, but I really wanted Maddison out of the game. So bad. Also, if this was a real game of survivor I would have probably flipped on Sarah too because she's a damn good player. I'd have flipped on her days ago. However, this isn't a real game of survivor and I'd rather just have a friend in the game longer. I had a conversation with Pedro last night in which he accused me of talking shit when I said I didn't really care about winning lol. He's like "you're in the top 6, of course you care"  which is very funny to me. I realised that it's so much deeper for him. He really wants the title of sole survivor. I mean, at this point he deserves it lol but to disregard what I'm feeling when I say I care about the connections I've made more than winning? That makes me laugh and just shows what kind of person he is/that he's never really connected with anyone in this game. That's pretty sad. Look, even if Sarah or Cody blindside me, I'm still okay with that. I don't care. My great aunt is busy dying of covid as I type this, I am going through a bit of a depressive episode after being faced with a life altering decision with regards to my own health. I haven't seen my people in a while. Today was supposed to be our half year anniversary weekend away.i also got another job for extra cash and honestly, this game has been my solace and my fun place. I'm so thankful for the past 4 weeks. I genuinely don't care about winning. I'm just happy I get to do this and experience this and bond with people I never would have known or come across in a million years. Honestly, rather Sarah still in the game than someone who has never even spoken to me ever, Maddison. Why would I work with her at all? Anyway, it's okay. People can think I am a goat lmao. The most sad thing are people trying to create cracks and rifts between Cody, Sarah and I.

Zack’s negative aura really is here to fuck my game left of sideways Najwah told him about the super idol that turned into Cody knowing. Okay. Pause. Yes, you read that right, Najwah told people who just got finished blindsiding her about her super idol. But not me. Then Sarah got an idol and told Najwah hence enabling the super idol. But isn’t that funny that Sarah so freely told Najwah she has an idol for that? Oh yeah because they were all aligned before Najwah was even included in that group. And Zack and Cody told Najwah not to tell anyone. This really put a wedge between Najwah and I on the final count numbers to the end. Najwah and I have never gunned for each other and we will continue to not gun for each other. 💞💗💖 I’m so happy she is still here and we can laugh about the Gen Z / Millennial cultural differences. We are the only Millennials left. I got to video chat with her over my lunch today and really clear the air on survivor. It sucks that she felt like out with Maddison. That tribe swap really painted a target on Maddison’s back. To me it seems that everyone’s nosiness about what Najwah got at the auction is deadass the only reason she is aligned with any of them. ALL THREE OF THEM just blindsided her on the previous Leanne vote (the one Najwah literally voted for Sarah on) and Zack even wanted Najwah out. But my relationship with Najwah is somehow chopped liver and I don’t get included in on an alliance with her?!? Because I respected people’s purchases at the auction and didn’t pry for info??? Because I didn’t blindside her???

So the super idol just bonded Najwah with Zack Cody and Sarah. That’s it. That’s literally the rest of the game folks. And I guess they never had to worry about bonding with others cause they can just sit on their super idol the whole game. Must be nice. I’m confused as to why Zacks paranoia about me flipping at swap did not apply to Sarah who also swapped with me. Other than the fact that Zack and Sarah were already aligned. Oh yeah okay, right. There it is. So anyways they all just listened to Zacks paranoia not only about me but also about all of Maola and decided to take his word on everyone that he never actually interacted with instead of reaching out and talking to any of those people to get to know them. Or you know, talking to me. It’s the same paranoia Ben got fed to him from Zack about Maola and how much they could be playing me. And I was like where is this coming from and why are you so sure they are all liars and cutthroat savages?! NOBODY knows what went on in new-Maola except for me, Sarah, Grae, Maddison, and Olivia. (And Jay) And if I hear one more person that wasn’t in that tribe try to tell me otherwise, I am going to scream. For the record, I never told Zack anything for any indication I’d flip. I said old Maola was nice. And I didn’t shit talk them like everyone else probably did. I literally had about a two minute interaction with him right after merge before he was kicked out. That’s it. And it was because he couldn’t resist asking me how I was feeling, as always. Thing is, Zack is old news and somehow people did not change anything about those perceptions still. I mean, we are all still playing within the confines of the alliances Zack set up. ......Because?!?!!!?!!! This is one giant self-fulfilling prophecy. They treated me differently, they treated me like I’d flip, so guess what, the flip finally ended up happening. There was plenty of time for all of these perceptions about me and them and Maola to change and they didn’t. No one made any effort. And then touchy subjects came out and confirmed everything I needed to know about where I stood with them. That was FOREVER after Zack left. And yet I still continued voting with them, I even VOTED for Maddison and apparently that wasn’t enough to gain my trust? Or earn my spot in a damn final four chat with them at LEAST. Not even a fake one???? And then the lies day in and day out day after day with those three and just how completely obvious they are about being in a group chat of just them three. As if I’m stupid. And it’s so blatant I sometimes wonder if they want me to know about it. Even now as I write this and since the last few votes I am still being told lies here and there. Lies for no reason and stuff that doesn’t need to be lied about. So what is it?????!! We can’t keep blaming swap and merge stuff if this is still happening to this very minute. FIX IT if you want me to work with you. Otherwise, rocks it is. 🙈🙉🙊

I spoke to Sarah yesterday and she accidentally let it slip that she wants Cody or her to win immunity. I was like WTF?? Also they keep calling MY idol, OUR idol. Like she just assumes I'm going to play my idol for her again? Lol I wanted Maddison out for once and for all because she was brilliant. When I say I care about humans more than winning, I sure hope other humans feel the same but I'm sure not. I bonded with Aimee yesterday. We spoke to each other about life. I sent her what really happened with Maddison and The Ben vote because Maddison played with Aimee's emotions and said "oh I didn't know. I wouldn't have voted Ben if you were left out" etc. But the receipts state a completely different story. I'm not even going to bother trying to stop Pedro. I'm not interested in his BS. He's probably going to make it to F3 and win. I don't like how he's starting to get personal? But I guess big ups to him.

Pedro is always SUPER paranoid about everything so Aimme and I are nervous about him trusting the idea of Najwah flipping. What we decided to do is have Aimee tell the group chat that she wants to flip. If we can’t convince him to trust that she’s not lying I will present the idea of telling her the wrong name (we tell her to vote Cody but we all vote Sarah) to test if she actually flips while still guaranteeing that we don’t go to rocks. So my decision to do this vote is basically because yesterday I realised that Sarah has a plan for Cody and her and I'm not in it. Of course it was hurtful. I wasn't going to vote Cody. In fact, I would have rather voted Sarah because after yesterday I don't think they would have saved me when it came down to rocks. Perhaps the paranoia is getting to me. You sighed as your best friend, Jonah grabbed your wrist. “Where are you taking me? It’s twelve at night,” you yawned and covered your mouth with your free hand.

You were laying in your bed trying to sleep when Jonah turned up at your house. It wasn’t a surprise, as he did it every so often whenever he wanted to stay over. But it was a surprise when he wanted you to actually come outside.

“Don’t worry. Just trust me, it’ll be fun,” Jonah smiled down at you as he dragged you further away from his car. You shrugged, knowing that trying to fight with Jonah is like trying to fight with a seven-foot bear.

He continued to drag you until he stopped at a gorgeous lake. “Wow,” you whispered. You weren't as mad about Jonah dragging you out from your bed, as the sight was amazing, but you were still super confused as to why he had to bring you at this time of the night just to see it.

“Come,” Jonah stretched his hand out for you to hold.

“W-what?” You became sleepier and sleepier by the minute, and with that came deliriousness and your lack of attention. Jonah chuckled before grabbing your hand from your side and helping you down a bunch of rocks and towards the edge of the lake.

Jonah began taking off his shirt while you looked at him like he was crazy. “Jonah, what are you doing?”

“Do you remember when we were like eight or nine?” Jonah turned back to you. “And we were watching High School Musical two, you said you wanted to be like Troy and Gabriella when you were older,” He said as he fiddled with his belt.

“Yes, but with my lover like Troy and Gabriella, not my best friend,” You laughed. Jonah turned away from you and sighed.

“Too bad,” He chuckled, covering his post-friendzoned sadness. “We’re going in and we’re going to have a fun time,”

You sighed and began taking off your shorts. You and Jonah had changed in front of each other several times, so it was natural for you to drop your shorts and shirt.

While your shirt was over your head, Jonah turned around - not knowing you were actually changing. He blushed when your eyes met his. “Enjoying your little look, Frantzich?” that was enough for Jonah to roll his eyes and jump into the water before you both.

You giggled as you kicked off your shorts and slippers. You walked towards the water and dipped your foot in, but before you really got the chance to test the water temperature, Jonah had grabbed your foot and dragged you in.

“Jonah!” You yelled as you resurfaced. The cold water making you shiver, although it felt good.

“Rule number one; while swimming outside during nighttime, do NOT check the temperature of the water -it’ll only put you off,” he smirked as you glared at him.

He had a point, but it didn’t make you any happier with him. Especially since the cold water had woken you up completely and there was no chance of you getting back home and actually sleeping.

“Yeah, because you’re an expert on outside skinny dipping and swimming,” you swam away from Jonah, allowing your body to adjust to the icy water. “When have you ever gone swimming outside?”

“Me and my ex-girlfriend did, remember that was the night of-”

“Never mind, I don’t want to hear the end of that story,” you chuckled, knowing where it was about to go.

You settled at the complete opposite of the lake, facing Jonah. “You asked,” he smirked.

“You’re right, I asked when you went skinny dipping, not when you lost your virginity, Jonah,”

“Well sorry, queen Y/N,” you rolled your eyes playfully as you splashed Jonah. Luckily the lake wasn’t that long, so the water did reach him.

Wrong move, Y/N. You thought to yourself as Jonah approached you with a devious smirk on his face.

Before you could escape, Jonah grabbed your waist and pulled you back into him. “Where are you going, Y/N?”

You struggled to get out of his grip, “Jonah let goooo,” you whined.

“No can do,” He replied as he dipped you under water.

You gasped as you came back up. You glared at Jonah again as he sent you a cute, forgiving smile, causing you to blush.

Jonah began walking towards you again. He grabbed your waist and pushed you back against the rocks. You looked at him quizzically as he smiled sweetly at you.

There was a moment of silence between you. You watched Jonah’s eyes as they flickered from your eyes to your lips a few times. He licked his lips and he turned away.

“S-sorry,” Jonah wanted to kiss you, but remembered the barrier you put between you both not long ago.

“Whats wrong, Jonah?” You asked, turning his face back to meet yours.

He contemplated telling you his feelings, spilling everything just so it wouldn’t be so hard for him anymore. But at the same time he didn’t want to ruin your friendship incase you felt the same, especially since you were best friends for the longest time.

“Fuck it,” he muttered to himself as he looked you in the eyes. “Y/N, for the past few years now I have had on and off feelings for you. I tried to date other girls to replace the feelings I had for you but you’d go and do something that would make me go absolutely crazy. Its still the same thing now, no other girl would come out here and actually get into the water with me, but you’re different and barely hesitated. Thats exactly what I like about you, you’re not like anyone else, you’re one of a kind. Your smile, eyes, hair, the way you’re so gentle towards everyone, how kind and caring you are, how you are so dang funny without even trying, everything about you just drives me insane - in the best way possible. Y/N, you make me crazy,” Jonah confessed. 

You looked at him in shocked as his teeth tugged his bottom lip. “Sorry, I shouldn’t have said anything,” He began to turn away. You put your hand out and pulled him back by his shoulder.

“Nothing could ever ruin our friendship, Jonah. Honestly, I feel the same. I have since before the day I told you I wanted to be like Troy and Gabriella. I told you I wanted to be like them because I was hoping you’d be the Troy to my Gabriella some day,” You confessed too with a soft chuckle.

Jonah returned to the position he was in before. “Why don’t we be like Troy and Gabriella, then?” He winked as he chuckled softly, too.

You smiled, enjoying the moment with Jonah. The only noise heard was the pants between you both and crickets in the background.

Jonah looked between your eyes and lips once again before breaking the silence. “Do you want to kiss as bad as I do right now?”

You nodded as you looked at his lips, then back to his eyes. Jonah sighed happily as he pushed you back further. He pinned you between the rocks and lifted your chin so you were looking into his eyes. “Promise that even if we don’t work out, that our friendship won't be harmed,”

You lifted up your pinky and wrapped yours around his. “I promise,”

Within seconds after your promise, Jonah pulled you close, one hand on your waist and the other holding your face. And finally, after so many years of waiting, your lips connected.

You kissed back once you realised it was real life. Jonah smiled into the kiss as he tilted his head and pushed you up onto the rock, deepening the kiss.

Before you got carried away, you pulled away. You were both panting worse than before as you smiled at each other.

“Wow,” Jonah said.

“Wow,” you smirked.
