hi everything u write (ur fic, ur meta, ur responses to asks, ur tags) makes me SCREAM!!! im absolutely obsessed with ur tarynposting <3 i was so struck by taryn’s narration in the lost sisters novella — she was so convinced jude had found her place, that jude would be a knight, that madoc had set it up perfectly for jude and instead taryn (in her own interpretation of things) has to figure out a way to make her place. it’s a fascinating insight into taryn’s perspective on her relationship with madoc, especially considering that jude remembers taryn as being more naturally gifted at swordplay but deeply reluctant to take part in it. it’s SO juicy and i just want!!! so much more!!!! about taryn (@ holly black where is our taryn novel)!!!! also, deeply obsessed with how you depicted the ghost and taryn’s relationship and i’m SO excited for the end of “my name is whatever you decide”!!!

bestie thank you!!! idk if this is weird to say, but seeing your username always makes me happy because i was in a bit of a slump with mniwyd when you left the kindest comment that helped me get momentum again. fanfic exists for community, and knowing other people care about the story is so special!!

and I’m glad to know someone enjoys me constantly yelling about Taryn on my little corner of the internet haha. i also loved the insights we get into her character through the Lost Sisters—she’s such a tragic character to me? and learning how she sees herself vs how Jude sees her is soooo…. idk, it gives me so much to chew on

@thewinecoloredsea pointed out that the prisoner’s throne provides a really great opening for a Taryn novel where she goes on a quest to bring Garrett back (rest in tree). idk if Holly will actually go for that, but omg the things I would do for it
