when awake dropped it had me in an uwu over the mtc seiyuu mood and this verse in particular reminded me of the finals results stream where mtc bat and dh learned they were eliminated and the way asanuma-san silently closed his eyes with disappointment and defeat written all over his face is also a moment that haunts my brain lol

later that night tho, like 12 midnight for him maybe even later, he took to twitter to complain he couldn’t sleep bc the disappointment over the results was keeping him up and komada-san happened to still be awake so they got into a twitter conversation cheering each other up and it was so healing bro good luck mtc frfr 😭😭😭
